It was for the first time that at the reception someone refused the price from Booking on the grounds that they find it too low. Absolutely unbelievable this attitude. They did not respond to emails and all calls before out arrival, neither to us nor to Booking staff. Otherwise the experience was ok

I not like any thing this is not star hotel this local hotel like normal house

They not provide water even towel imintites this not 4 star hotel very bad hotel staff also treat very bad

Refrigerator (Freezer) full of fungus & mold which indicates unprofessional housekeeping staff and a clear lack of standards of hygiene and supervision. All the apartment furniture needs a deep cleaning especially the hall seats as they are in unhygienic condition. Although I requested cleaning services twice but my request was intentionally ignored as I will be leaving the next day which reflects carelessness and unfamiliarity with the basic rules of hospitality.

Thefact that tgry dont understand when you spesk ignore you evenn one lady when i mentioned wil write report to booking suddenly cud say do whatever but all the tinm cud not speak wont recommend anybody there we wasted our time and money Breakfast that was included we got dressed tobgo est only to find out we must eat in room so we just decided to book out saw nothing of taaief they dont even have transport or toyr service what will hapoen if a tourist come like i said lounge entrance beautiful but go to the rooms service bad and disgusting dirty bathroom and shower with one towel for five people and one small shampoo and body wash i can post pics if wanted
