Room was small, and tired looking. No facilities such as shampoo - only one small bar of soap. Restaurant and bar were closed on Sunday. The staff were nice But the hotel was poor value for money

Penny pinching Scrooge hotel, cutting corners any way they could: one patty of butter, one little container of jam, cheapest thinest toilet paper in the world, no soap, shampoo nada, nothing in the bathroom, no house keeping services. Coffe re-fill of 4 ounces & $1.75!! Only two towels for three nights which never did dry between showers. Stay away from this dive!!!

Nobody to get help from; the place was deserted of staff after dark. No hot water just warm enough to shower but shower did not drain so we had to stand in the dirty soapy water (we had to buy our own soap). Room door about to fall down on its own. Stay away from this dump!!!

- the swimming pool, new and great! - the hotel restaurant, Peruvian, very nice - the staff was friendly and kind

- the room had a bed smell, like humid, not fresh air - the room and its balcony were not very clean, insects on the floor, broken mosquito nets on the windows, etc... - After the 1st night, I asked them to clean the room but they didn't (only the day after, when I complained)

The gardens are lovely. it´s very close to the center of the town. The hotel and rooms are clean, and things works.

The room was in a second floor so the stairs are difficult to go up in, speciallyfor little children.

Loud on weekends. Didn't get town ir garbage empti5fir three days, once we figured out that no one would come into our room unless we were there. Need better communication. Spanish is spoken, very little English

Stunning gardens, great pool & area, room was well presented and clean and nice to discover a fridge inside.

The dining area suffered from the smell from the kitchens.

Breakfast was mediocre. Room was very small. Dog barking all the time at night.

Friendly staff. Nice restaurant, excellent Peruvian food (seafood stew is amazing). Very basic continental breakfast. Nice pool and beautiful grounds (gorgeous flowers everywhere!). The view of the mountains is wonderful. I felt connected with nature here. The sounds of the frogs at night is lovely. Quiet and comfortable rooms with air conditioning and private bathroom. Great Wi-Fi. I was here with my partner and his 6-year old. It's a great place for kids with the pool and lots of open space. We enjoyed our 3-night stay here a lot. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Would be nice if the continental breakfast included a piece of fruit (we are in tropical Panama, after all).

Space in the room a bigger bed. It was raining an parking lot was far and didnot had a roof. No one on the entrance to receive us and to get to the front desk we hot wet. There was not roof to get there.

Room were large and spacious.

The service was horrible. No shampoo in the room. A semi used roll of toilet paper was in the holder. The breakfast included was very dull. Charged $3.5 for an addition of under fried bacon at breakfast. Wouldn't serve an omelet instead of scrambled eggs. Run down property. Most hostels I've stayed at are cheaper and nicer.
