First of all, the welcoming was pretty much on point, our space which was an apartment was well equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Our breakfast was excellent I impersonally liked the fact that the ladies were able to made me my eggs to my liking. The pool was the best rated according to the kids. They loved enjoying time with some friends in it.

The only downside which is not a big deal was waiting for someone to move their car so we could get out and about our day.

There was no restaurant as advertised. We missed a supper 1 night and the second night the hotel had to order us food from outside and it took 1.5 hrs to receive it and they tried to charge me delivery. I was overcharged for my food and drink bill at check out. And we found a possible camera in our room. The staff said it was a sensor to control lights but the lights and ac never went off while we were out for hours. No management on site and front desk is only open from 730am to 8pm. There is nothing close by and you must take taxi anywhere you have to go.

Safety is my priority no matter where I go, and Aparthotel Guijarros offers just that, Safety. The staff were professionals and they were very friendly. The rooms were cleaned. The atmosphere is welcoming. I was impressed by the staff and their willingness to assist. I am definitely staying there again. I am also recommending it to my friends and family.

I have nothing negative to say. I was only staying one night, but I changed it to 3 nights.

The king bedroom was spacious, shelf space and drawers in the bathroom make it ideal for a long term stay. Desks also for working. Fridge and microwave included. Breakfast was good.

Quite a bit of noise overnight in the stairwell. The walls are a bit thin.

excellent neighborhood with gated security. Across the street from the American School. very quiet area. the breakfast was included. You can eat by the pool. Our 2 bedroom apartment was large, with a full size kitchen and living room.

it’s not easy to walk ro stores or restaurants because of steep hills.

It was fine, the problem that I had was, that it was located two floor down from the main entrance and I had to go up the stairs to ,my room on the 3rd floor, total of 5 floors and I could not handle it. I am 70 yoa and you have no elevators available. I could not picture myself doing this for five days.

The rooms and facilities were very clean. The security was nice and area was safe. Convenient location and the staff is friendly.

There was no elevator and we had to go up 3 flights of stairs which we did not know beforehand. The breakfast not good, the fruit was fresh but cooked items were cold and overall tasted old. They allow you to bring additional guests but did not inform me that there would be an additional charge per person for using the pool or gym, so be aware. Parking was very tight.

All the services in overall was excellent. Food , parking, staff , pool and the property security!!

About A/C doesn’t work properly

It was my first time in Honduras and also my first time staying in an apartment style hotel. I must say it was very clean and very comfortable. The hotel is quite close to many things like a mall and some restaurants. Staff was very friendly as well. I will definitely be going back to this hotel the next time I am in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

The cooking utensils are kind of worn out and the plastic spatulas are not made well so they can melt easily. The pots and pans are also very worn so food sticks quite easily, but I don't have to much to complain about that since I am not new to cooking and I can still make it work even if they aren't the best quality.
