I liked how Aryan from start to end ensured that we are comfortable and happy with our stay. Check in and check out was made quick in interest of our time. Will definitely always consider Hyatt for our stay whenever we are in Ludhiana.

Good size rooms, great location, food is also very good
The waiting time for in room dining orders is approximately 35-40 minutes - which is a little on the longer side. Other than that the services of the hotel are good and the food is lovely!

The gym staff were great. The laundry service was good.
It was dirty, cold and very shabby. Nothing felt clean. The walls were stained and the lampshades were slashed. This is not what I would expect from a Hyatt on any level across any of their brands. The communal area were freezing. I will not return.

The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Service is very good. The breakfast was good but I have stayed here a few times over the last 10 years and feel they need to freshen up the menu a bit and add some new items and variety.
Whilst the main reception, restaurant and communal areas are very nice and modern, the rooms have become very tired, worn and dated. I have stayed here several times over the last 10 years and the rooms have not been updated, they need a major refresh. New carpets (current are dirty and worn). New beds/ bedding, new decoartion and a refresh as the wall papers and room decor is very dated, worn out, tired and old. The same applies to the walkways and hallways that lead to your room. Tired, old and worn. Needs a refresh and refurb.

The staff at the hotel was pleasant and hospitable. The a-la-carte food ordered was decent for dinner.
The carpet in the room was badly stained. The shower didn't work. The amenities including towel and slippers were just for one person whereas the room was booked for two. The bar menu had over a dozen single malts but available were just two options. The breakfast buffet was huge but just average in taste (that could be subjective) Wondering why the mini bar was empty...

I stayed at this property for one night based on the reviews and the well known name of HYATT and from the pictures posted on google, the rooms looked quite clean. Well, I was in for a surprise. The rooms are filthy, dirty, and smelly. We even found a DIRTY EAR PICK on the floor. The room was not vacuumed property, dust everywhere. There was so much dirt inside the room, we had to have an allergy to survive. Even the towels were in horrible conditions. Basically, this property is quite old and the management has failed to upgrade the rooms. Even the wall paper in the hallway was coming off.

Location was very good and breakfast is nice with lots of verities which is suitable for everybody's choice. Staff are always available for any assistance you may need.
Towels were smelly, and room carpet was dirty with dark spots. Water stops in the Bathroom. TV was not working in the room charges requirements were shown on the screen. Cockroach and lizards were seen in the corridor

easy approach and nice ambiance
cleanliness needs improvement in the restaurant area .My breakfast was not part of the package and i was charged 1700 rupees for it.There were no sausages or bacon in the buffet breakfast.Radisson charges Rs 500 for walk in buffet and it also has bacon and sausages!

The staff was very prompt and took really good care of my requests online too. they were very understanding when we had to change the dates of our stay and they made sure my parents who were staying at the hotel remained comfortable throughout their trip.
