check in system, not user friendly, would not have known how to check in, if cleaners were not there!

The property was in a good location, close to everything you needed. Not a big hotel, which was nice. Clean, had all essentials, self check in was quick and easy!

The shower in the main room and stepping out of it under the cold air from the air conditioner. Being a modern facility it is surprising there are no USB charging plugs.

Crispness, clean and welcoming after a very long journey. The Shower was amazing.
It was great having the AC on upon entering the room. Decore, linen, l loved the green pillows and end bed green flash. I loved the paintings on the wall.
* The black leather armchair, leather had peeled off, definitely first thing that brought attention to my eyes. I thought it brought the quality of the room down.
* No complimentary bottled water in the fridge.
* No individually packaged biscuits available.
* Couldn't find the AC controller to turn it off, l got cold in the night.
* The shower floor was SO slippery, l feared l would slip and fall. I put a towel on the shower floor to feel SAFE whilst showering, it caused water to flood the bathroom. I had to use the other towels to mop up.

We were happy with the location, ice quite and very private.
The Double bed was to soft, need a more firm mattress so you don’t roll into each other.

We can't fault our stay here. The bed was the most comfortable of all the hotels we stayed in on our two week holiday. Rooms are really well equipped, lovely interior and bathroom. Very clean. Super easy self check in and out. Good communication. Would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely clean modern unit - well appointed, everything you would need for an overnight stay. We found the bed very firm which was not comfortable for us

Great little room. Good beds. Nice bathroom. Everything we needed right there except a bottle opener. Nice and new room with modern facilities. Off the main road so very quiet. Check-in and out process very efficient. Would only suggest maybe a few hooks for towels as the racks weren't quite enough for 4 people.
The laundry facilities are great but the actual machines were confusing. I assumed seeing as the sign stated the time duration and price that that was how long the load would take but my wash wasn't finished and was still sopping wet with some of the water left in the machine. I didn't mind paying but I only had notes and there was no change machine and the vending machine was out of order.
