The rooms were clean comfortable and spacious. Hotel in a good location. Staff were friendly. We didnt really get time to use the bar facilities or the garden but it looked lovely.

When booking there was no option to book a pet and the booking page was vague saying there "may be a small charge" I would prefer to book in my pet and know the exact cost at time of booking. It would have been amazing to provide a breakfast.

Good location - always like to stay there when visiting Weymouth.

shower was Broken but this could be sorted. poor pillows but this is often the case in many places wi fi practically non existent which was a disappointment

No room facilities at all, broken shower, no microwave or utensils, noisy environment, car parking issues

Nice size room

The noise from the room a above and also noise from the courtyard, people using the pub using bad language until quite late in the evening.

Comfortable room, excellent location, 20 minute walk to seafront and centre. A proper pub, popular with locals. The room was quiet, in separate buildings at the rear.

Unfortunately, no food facilities, but tea and coffee provided in rooms.

Location is good.

The downstairs room only had one window (next to the front door) which opened onto a public used outdoor area and if left open would give easy access to the door handle with no security latch.This meant we were not able to leave the window open for ventilation for risk of the room easily being broken in to. It was also very noisy with guests moving around upstairs. You could hear every footstep.

Location and price were great, fab to have bakery, tesco express next door and post office over the road

We didn't think there was enough space for 5, ( 3 adults and 2 teenagers ) the cracked floor tile in the bathroom was a bit dangerous. Swearing in beer garden at 2 am
