The appartment is in a very calm and nice locality, close to the see, to the restaurants, to the bus stop, even to the city centre. We enjoyed specialy the terrace, it is very cosy an shaded in hot sunny days. The appartment is very well equiped - there is everything you need. Thanks to very helpful and willing owner, whose reaction was always fast (for example broken light bulb or the succesful "rescue" action when slamming the keys inside the apartment...). We were very satisfied, we will definitely come again

the actual appartment is part of a big complex of aprts but it lacks looking after , a good sharp-eyed housekeeping... ie cleaning the spider webs,behind furniture, inside kitchen draws, the outside sitting area, etc. the bedding was clean and good quality... the same good quality were the bath towels ( we could use a change of towels after day two though)

a/c units turn off after an hour. Too hot and too noisy ( there are millions of crickets on the trees around), to sit outside and too dirty bench in the garden... the bamboo-shade on the veranda is falling appart , the wooden shatters haven't been cleaned for ages. you could smell the mouldness in the cupboards. there was mould on the wooden spoons and utensils in the kitchen and a few cob webs in corners inside!!! with a good housekeeping the place can be nice for a family.

The apartment is nice, comfortable and well equipped. The bedrooms are nice, the beds are comfortable. With the apartment being part of the Paphos Gardens Hotel, having access to the facilities, including the Pools, and restaurants was good, we used the pool a few times a d went for breakfast on the day we were leaving.

To be honest any negative comments are minor and not really worth mentioning.
