The location was fabulous, the views lovely, nice and bright and sunny, comfy beds. Right on the walking path around the lake. Easy walk to Borealis on the Lake. Our blind doxie sat in the sun on her blankie all day and loved it! The heat was on when we arrived and there was a bottle of wine and some snacks. All very pleasant.

You are at the mercy of who ever rents the unit next door. Seems their living area is right up against your bedroom and when they decide to have an argument from midnight to 3am, you are right in there with them, word for word. The next night we had new neighbours, no issues.

Clean and very well equipped. We arrived with the heat and lights turned on, so it felt homey and cosy from the start. Beautiful views of the lake and prime location! Just a beautiful place to recharge your batteries.

You can hear the trucks speed by at all hours because the property is very close to the main road they use. We also had neighbours in the conjoined unit that watched tv well past midnight. The walls seem to be very thin because we could hear the tv show they were watching clearly.

The villa was a good size and had a proper kitchen. It had all the basics available so I could cook easily. The place was just really comfortable and so close to the lake that it was nice for evening walks. With 2 young kids in the cold winter, we stayed inside and just enjoyed our time there.

The villa was very cold but had central heating which helped. The noise from the main road was very loud.

Great location right on Lake Daylesford and its walks, dog friendly, clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen, nicely furnished, pretty views over lake. It had lovely touches like a bottle of wine, heater on and lovely music on arrival, biscuits and nibbles. Highly recommended.

Basically no maintenance and upkeep. 1. Faulty dishwasher 2. Faulty washing machine 3. No shelves or drawers for clothes in bedrooms 4. 1 of the Beds was very uncomfortable 5. Trees need trimming 6. Weatherboards are rotting I really wanted to love this place as it had all the potential in the world. For the price I could’ve had a lot more. Sorry

Location, cleanliness, comfort and peaceful

I think you need chest of drawers in the rooms as I had to leave clothes in suitcase

Loud beeping noise coming from front studio from 3am through to 6:30am. Loud noise from hot water service most of the night. Basically got no sleep. Secondly in the morning we were sent a text message advising we had to park down the road because of driveway works the next morning. Not good enough!!
