Friendly staff, nice building and terrace, good atmosphere, breakfast ok. Pool is nice but did n try it cause it was cold

The hotel was great! Very comfy rooms and bed, clean towels and warm shower and view from the window was stunning! I would come back to this place again!

The location, this hotel is close to the lake, a lot of restaurants and night life.
The room was clean, but I will make it look more comfortable, I will also add more mirrors since there was just one in the bathroom. Also I will also put more tables to place a suitcase.
We had a free breakfast included, but the breakfast was bit ready by seven and our tour had to leave before that time, they did not offer box lunches as many other hotels, the hotel has a restaurant, but it was most of the time closed.

Great looking hotel and very close to where you need to be when visiting Haucachina. Pool looked fabulous but I didn't try it. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely.
Nothing I didn't like. Most hotels in Peru don't have kettles in the rooms and I would really have liked one. That's not a criticism specifically at this hotel but in general.

Nice hotel right in the center of the oasis. Comfortable beds.
Only one hairdryer per hotel. It’s not in the rooms- You need to ask at the reception. When asked, we got it, so all good, but it is slightly inconvenient.

Not at all. The room was not what it was showing in the website. There was no towels, AC was not turned on (main breaker), the lockbox had no key. When the AC was finally turned ON it was so close to the bed that the air was blowing straight to the headboard and looked like the filter (if any) was never clean. Did not help with the check out and did not even help to get us a taxi that early in the morning. We ended up walking around the block to get a taxi just to get robbed.
The service from all of the staff was very poor...no greetings and they looked insulted when we wanted to ask for something. The ladies at the breakfast place were all bitter and the guy at the bar was not offering anything. It was more like they were doing us a favor than actually customers

When we arrive to the room the bathroom has lots of lots of air in the floor. I said in the reception and they didn’t clean it. The breakfast is poor and stars late, because most of the people has to leave very early to the activities

This hotel is conveniently located to explore Huacachina. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was great. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were helpful. Good wifi. I would definitely recommend.

We were waiting outside for 10 minutes to be let in as there was no one on front desk - we rang the bell a few times but no one came out. It was around 8pm
