Very well located in Baden. Also it was quite. Staff was very friendly. Located at walking distance from the train station.

We were able to leave our bag since we arrived early and get already the City Pass. There was a fussball table on our floor, that was fun. We also asked to borrow an umbrella on the second day, and they had one for us. It was also just next to the Blue City Hotel, which has a nice outside garden for drinks, or inside lounge if it is rainy.

The entrance is a bit weird. The tables were a bit dirty, I also paid extra for a larger room, so it made the price/value not so great in the end. Also there is not a door on the bathroom area, so a little less privacy there.

We made reservations for the "Trafo Hotel" but due to CoVid restrictions there were not enough customers so we were moved to the "Blue City" Hotel. We like the Hotel very much - very nice, helpful staff, very good dinner menues, breakfast with nice selection.

We were given a wonderful, large room - with one little disadvantage - it was facing the main road and it got somewhat noisy during the early morning traffic hours and currently there is a construction site right opposite to the Hotel. We prefer very quite rooms ! That's why we like the Trafo Hotel so much ! Parking is very limited at the Blue City Hotel but they have a good arrangement with the Trafo Underground Parking Facilities - it takes only a short walk (ca. 3 minutes) from Blue City to the Trafo Building.

Our room was rather large compared to most Hotel rooms - very nice room ! As the room was facing the main road it was unfortunately a little noisy from the cars towards the morning, when people are going to work. Breakfast is rich and the breakfast room large with enough spacing (CoVid). We typically stay at the "Trafo" Hotel (sister Hotel) - but due to CoVid the "Trafo" was understandably closed.

Compared to the sister hotel "Trafo" a short walk is necessary for picking up the car which we parked in the "Trafo" building - no real issue but somewhat inconvenient.
