These Aparts are really good and comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms ( we lived in MAXI ) and very equipped kitchen. Apartments were clean and stylish, it was pretty nice to stay there because you have all you need near to you. Besides especially thanks to Tijen, who is the owner of these Aparts. She was very hospitable and cooked fresh bread for us which was impressive. I really recommend this place for everyone. If it’s possible to mark this place 11/10 I’d do it without hesitation

We had a nice holiday 22-28/06/23 at 2 bedroom Smart appartment in the heart of old Kalkan. Company of friends (3 pax). Everything was great: lovely and very friendly host (dear Tijen, regards from "Golden girls"), comfortable bedrooms, living room and spacious terrace and (!!!) the location in 1 min walking distance to the sea (the most important point for us). Highly recommend to everybody!

It might be the best place in Kalkan.

parking your car is a trouble. you have to park far and walk up to hill to your car every day.

Very clean, quite, comfortable (3 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen, hair dryer, …), in the middle of the town but in a quite side street. The host Tijen Hanim prepared us a welcome breakfast set with self made bread (wonderful), eggs, honey, cheese and butter because we had a late arrival. She was very helpful with local recommendations too.

We liked everything! The apartment is in the very heart of the old town, just one minute walk to the turquoise water pebble beach. There are all the cafes and small shops around. Still very calm and quiet. Huge balcony overlooks the shadowy lemon garden. Tijen is the best host you can hope for and she is doing it because she is simply kind and nice, and not to please you. We stayed with our three kids and it was one of the best trips for us. Will definitely come back!

Great host and great apartments. The location is superb, just few minutes walk to the beach and the city center. There is all you need in the kitchen, comfortable bed and big terrace.

The only minor thing is soundproofing. Everything was great untill the family with the infant moved in the next door apartment. We couldn't sleep all night because of the noise.
