I liked that it wasn’t far from the tram station which leads to the main station near the city center. It was also quite clean and beds comfortable.

The shower drains were not the best. Noise isolation also ok, but the room which we got was not exactly as the picture, but ok. No toiletries or anything. Could always be cleaner, but for 1 night totally sufficient.

I appreciate the access to the rooms being very good and private.

The whole property was actually dirty and it was proper old dirt, not just something someone have missed in their latest check-out / check-in routine. Many little broken features and details in the room nobody bothers to fix ever.. Why do you need guests to have a kettle if you do not provide them with the basics for making the tea or coffee.. If the price was reduced to half I would still think it was just a joke or they expect me to haggle and take it more down yet again.. I truly regret this stay.

Room doesn't have a window to outside (only to the corridor) so it was really dark. Bathroom wasn't clean. The light in the corridor flashed all night so we couldn't sleep (because it was getting light in the room despite the curtained window). It was stuffy and the air conditioning wasn't working well.

The location was excellent. Everything was in close proximity which was fantastic. Nice bathroom and towels. Was shower gel and moisturiser although wife had a reaction to them. Roof terrace was lovely

The breakfast was very very poor and we chose to eat out instead. A very European buffet but the eggs, bacon, saveloys were vile. Coffee was nice. There are no tea or coffee making facilities, you have to purchase from the cafe downstairs. No iron and the hairdryer didnt work. Room was carpeted like the 80s with a full pile thick red carpet. Lots of banging as walls and ceiling so thin.

It has a good location - 5 minute walk front the exhibition center, which I appreciated.

The manager kept telling me to call him back after I pay, later in that week, then the day of my arrival and at the time of my arrival. Half of the calls could have been avoided by better administration. The walls are very thin, so it’s possible to hear all the noise including the conversations people are having. The beds were very noisy as well and uncomfortable. There is a note to not turn off the fridge (although there is nothing in it), but it makes loud noises at night. Lastly, there is only one small window in the room which leads to the hall, so it’s impossible to have it open while having any privacy and as the room is small, the fresh air gets used fast. I expected a decent accommodation for the price, but it was very disappointing.

The accommodation, which we received was not accordingly to the description and neither the pictures that we booked. After highlighting this to the person in charge in the accommodation and to Customer Support, We had to accept another room, which was not what we booked. Every time that the tram passed in front the accommodation, the building shaked. Horrible experience in general and the satisfaction with this booking.
