Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed plus more.

We have stayed here twice now and especially enjoyed the cottage. It's very spacious and comfortable. The facilities are great and the location is lovely.
The 2nd time, I noticed a lack of extras we had enjoyed the first time, such as not having robes and only providing one soap and one shampoo. I'm sure if I had asked for these, we would have received them, though, so they weren't really missed.

Quiet tree filled location away from main strip but not inconvenient. Spacious cottage with all amenities, big spa bath and good on-site facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

The cottage was very spacious and bigger than we expected. The stack of wood for the fire was appreciated. Overalll it was a great place to stay with excellent facilities.

There is no family villa for larger families.
It felt as if children weren't welcome.

Great relaxing place to unwind. Will defenetly try and visit this place during winter months to experience the fireplace. See you soon........

This accom was rated as "superb" and it did not disappoint. The cottage we stayed in was clean, smelled nice, quiet, secure, and well equipped. Everything we needed was there. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even rang us about a phone charger we accidentally left behind!
Very little could be faulted. Perhaps beds were a little too firm?

Location is good...up the orad from the beach area and in a nice bush setting. Very quiet. Cabin was laarge and lovely. Clean and comfy.
No welcoming or staff interaction...understandable with covid but still a little sad.

Loved the location. Very quiet and private. Cottage was neat and clean.
The couch was super hard and uncomfortable. A fan would have been great in the bedroom as it was quite warm and night and we didn't want to use the air conditioning in the lounge room to cool the bedroom.

Very comfortable, quiet and reliable. About 10 to 15 minute drive and visit relatives and Lakes Entrance. Good base for visiting regional areas of interest. Didn't see staff due to covid non contact provisions but they were contactable.
