The apartment was excellent and so was the location. Very cozy and exactly what we wanted in Tuscany Cosimo was a great host and met us when we were lost. He gave us great winery options to visit.

Fantastic location, withing the ancient town walls. Very interesting and unique conversion and decor, of an old building. Some of it style over practicality. A nice little courtyard. Cosimo, the owner was very helpful and obliging.

No Wifi in the bedroom, only in the main body of the house. Not a fan of shower room/toilet with a glass wall, in the bedroom. It's not clear from the details, that the main double bed is in the lounge. The sauna in the lounge/bedroom is a bit weird too, but all beautifully done ! The thumbnail advertising the property shows a plunge pool, or hot tub maybe. This was nowhere to be seen. A bit misleading.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable. The big balcony under the big trees was especially good. San Gimignano was a good choice. It was worth spending our vacation there. In this short time we could experience what local life is like in a small Tuscany town. The host was very helpful and nice. You could always get ideas from him where to eat well and where you could to experience Tuscany.

We loved that it was a beautiful haven we could return to. We enjoyed the tastefully decorated apartment, the space, the beautiful large courtyard, our own indoor pool and the location was so convenient.

I think it would be great if essential items like olive oil and Balsamic were available in the apartment, as well as fresh milk.

Cosimo was wonderful as our host, he met us in town to show us where to park. Cosimo responded immediately with anything we needed. He was super helpful for restaurants and shops. This property is very beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The decor and style was very lovely. I will definitely be back to book with Casa Bardi and we fell in love with San Gimignano!

the apartment is beautifully furnished and very spacious. the location is perfect right in the town and Cosimo was a wonderful host, helpful friendly and extremely accommodating

nothing, everything was great! if there was one addition I would suggest it would be some small toiletries, soap or shampoo that would ideal

The host made the process very ease and met us upon arrival even though we were 3 hours late. The host was very thorough in explaining the facility and the town.

The overall experience was great and appropriate for the venue/city. Very quaint town with a very quaint accommodation perfectly suited for a large group as the host had two apartments in the same building. The unit with the indoor pool did have a strong smell from the chlorine which can be slightly bothersome.
