Lovely large house. All amenities that we are used to and expect. Very private during the off-season. Think during high season things could get hectic

It was extremely over priced! Tiny cabins.

It was nice and relaxing
The wi-fi was very weak with the room we were given which was all the way at the back, and moved closer it was still unable to connect at time and was unable to use the wifi.
Perhaps upgrade the wifi and have more repeater to be able to reach the very end of the streets.
Charging for the peddle carts and games room wasn't great either, families are already paying for the cost of accommodation and food and having to pay extra for kids entertainment also.
only allowed one car in and was no other options to park if you had more with you.
should be allow at least 2 cars if people have more family members.

Really nice holiday park with lots of wildlife and attractions, would be great with kids. Comfortable self contained cabins and felt very private

Great facilities inside the holiday park. Big jumping pillow is the biggest draw for the kids, we also hired peddled cart, they had so much fun during the stay. The location is perfect, stone throw away from the beach, away from the busy town center but not too far to drive there. Wildlife spotted during our stay too.

Location is fabulous. So quiet and peaceful in the evenings, love the frog songs. Loved our fire pit and sitting under the stars. Loved nature and parrots and wildlife.
Some minor issues with accommodation.

The location is ideal, the river is in the middle of the park and the beach is only a few minutes walk from the camp site. The nature surrounding the holiday park is breathtaking. We loved seeing the kangaroos up on the hill at the back of the property. The kids facilities are fantastic. Our kids loved riding on the tricycle/cars you can hire and also really enjoyed the jumping pillow and the games room. This is now our favourite holiday destination and we will definitely be back here next year.
The cabin facilities are fairly basic , e.g. the shower is quite small and the water is a bit changeable, and the bed in master bedroom is a double but it’s clean and all what you’d expect from a cabin at a camp site.

wasn’t clean. the carpet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for several visits. my bedside table was covered in dust and hair. there were cobwebs above my wardrobe.

Superb location. We stayed in December and park was book out but it was quiet at night. We had a good sleep.
Everything was perfect. Except I would like to bring to the attention of the park owners to please put a sign or at least let your guests know especially the children not to throw stones at the ducks in the river.
We went for a walk around the river and kids and some adult seems to be enjoying hitting the ducks with stones/pebbles.
I'm not sure if it's just me but I think that is cruel.
Apart from that our stay was perfect. Will come again.

The cabin was very comfy with good facilities. Great location.
The park maps need updating! I had a late check in and was given a map of the park which showed my cabin in a different place than it now is. I spent quite a long time walking around trying to find it when it was already quite late and getting dark.
Also am concerned about the goats they have tied up, they were so tangled they could barely move and could not reach their water. If you are going to keep goats tied up (which I don't think you should...) then it should be someones responsibility to check they are able to access shade and water at all times.

we were fortunate to be given a new or newly renovated cabin and happened to be 3 bedrooms so spacious. luck of the draw and many thanks. our son had a one bedroom cabin that was is dire need of work on it as it looked very old and cramped. looks bed all the facilities for families and would recommend Big 4 to them.
some cabins in need of updating so thank goodness we had a lovely cabin
