Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und so wie angegeben.
Leider hat das Apartment nach kaltem Rauch gerochen, obwohl ein 'Nicht-Rauchen'- Schild am Eingang hing.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig und komfortabel, sehr gepflegt und sauber sowie sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Wir fanden die Lage in einem schönen Wohnviertel am Hang über der Stadt ideal, den Parkplatz vor der Tür und den kurzen Weg zum Bäcker sehr praktisch. Der Fußweg in die Altstadt war kein Problem, aber man findet dort auch gut einen Parkplatz. Die Gastgeberin hat uns persönlich begrüßt und war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Es gibt keinen Außensitzplatz, um die tolle Aussicht auf die Stadt zu genießen. Aber zur Not kann man sich in der ruhigen Sackgasse auch einfach vor die Tür setzen.

Paradokxe weise diese "abseits". Zimmlich weit von Stadtkern . Aber mann kann nicht alles haben !

Plenty of space, very clean and cozy. Quiet and close to nature, but at the same time close to the city.
The host is very nice, pleasant to talk to, always available an - in our case - flexible with the check-in process.
Minor inconvenience - the bed in the living room came to its age. It would make the location perfect if changed.

Spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen. The information folder and leaflets in the apartment with suggestions of place to visit and recommend restaurants and cafes was extremely useful. Host was very helpful too.
Somewhere to sit outside would have been nice. And a washing machine would have been useful but not essential.

The apartment is huge, modern, and located in a quiet residential area. The main sites i.e. cathedral, river, and old part of the city are at an easy 15 minute walk away. The host was very accommodating, friendly, and concerned of our wellbeing. We received every information necessary. The apartment itself was very clean and equipped with everything needed for a short or longer stay in this beautiful city. We can only recommend this beautiful apartment!

Beautiful accommodation, lovely furnishings and fitments. Everything was pristine and spotlessly clean. The owner was charming, welcoming and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment Is situated in a lovely quiet neighbourhood at the end of a peaceful "no through road" . The old city is a short 15 minute walk away. The River Danube with its fantastic walks and trails is literally 5 minutes away, there is a short cut down some steps just a few metres along from the apartment. If you enjoy walking, jogging or cycling it is perfect.
Highly recommended.

The apartment was clean and spacious as seen on the photos. There is everything you need in the kitchen. There were fresh clean towels in the bathroom.
We did not book the apartment to stay in at all but it would have been good to catch up with the current news and sports on the TV but there is no satellite tv and no good channels available. We did discuss this with Laura and she said that if anyone was having any difficulty she would happily tune you in to the local channels.
The extra bed in the lounge is a little creaky but Laura stated that this was due for a change anyway and would replace it with a futon.
The car park space is extremely close to a public right of way for mountain biking and walkers and runners so be careful how you park your car!
