Quiet and clean apartment. A welcoming host who spoke some English and who managed to understand my German. There was a pleasant walk into the centre of wernigerode away from the traffic, Free bus travel in the wernigerode area was an added bonus which meant we didn't have to use the car.

We liked everything

Breakfast was prepared by us and the location was perfect. Although the host didn't speak English, as we didn't speak German, we managed perfectly.

I loved everything about this apartment, the location (right by the forest), the lovely design, the easy parking, the good wifi, the well-equipped kitchen, the peace and quiet, everything. Ingrid was an extremely friendly and helpful host. I would love to stay here again.

Very well equipped, clean apartment, lovely garden, beautiful surroundings. Easy to drive/walk to the town, the castle or the forest. Host doesn’t speak English but it wasn’t a problem, she still gave us all information we’ve needed. Thank you Ingrid!

Our lovely host was so welcoming, helpful and friendly. She gave us recommendations for places to go and let us know that she was there if we needed anything. The accommodation was very clean and very comfortable. The pictures were accurate and there were no nasty surprises :) We found everything we needed in the kitchen and felt right at home. Thank you!

The location was good as at the back of the property you have gated access to a traffic free path into the town or to the Animal park. The woodland at the back of the property meant you fell asleep listening to Owls which was very special.

We had all we needed. I had missed the fact that the payment was by cash direct to the owner. There is no facility to pay by card or online which meant a bit of a panic on our last morning trying to get access to a bank and approval to transfer outside our home country. It was completely my fault as I haded read all the details.

Very clean, a lot of space, fully equipped.Great kitchen. Convinient parking, nearby supermarket. Ingrid was very helpful and kind. The best hospitalty you could ask.
