The rooms were clean, staff was friendly, great location and had a good breakfast. The best part was definitely the staff that were so friendly, and so effortlessly helped us when we booked to stay for another night.
There is nothing I disliked.

The room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would be wonderful if there were a sofa and not just chairs, but it is what it is. Very friendly staff working there and made us feel welcome.

I det stora hela var det ett bra och billigt boende. Parkering i garage och ett mycket säkert boende med låsta grindar och vakter. Lägenheten var nyrenoverad och jättefin med soffa och matplats i vardagarummet.
Det saknades vinöppnare (i ett vindistrikt!) frågade i receptionen men han hade inga där. Dagen efter nämnde jag detta för andra i receptionen som sa att de hade de. Lampor med två sticks uttag men inga adaptrar så vi kunde inte tända lamporna, adaptrar fanns inte heller i receptionen.

It was a great location as we were there for my daughter's graduation close to the university. Good parking and overall very clean.
Bed was very hard, that is all I can complain about.

The room was nice and clean with a modern feel to it
The blinds and bedside lamp did not work, there was no housekeeping for 3 days, and the noise levels after 23h00 and before 06h00 were bad on 2 of the 3 nights. Unfortunately, the little canteen could only serve limited items from their menu, forcing us to order from Uber Eats.

Everything was fine possibly would have liked a thicker duvet as was thin for the winter but had blankets to put on top of bed

Location, price, service all amazing highly recommend.. Town close by, need an uber app or reception happily order for you. University Town so really good vibe everyone is very friendly. Stunning location Stellenbosch is so picturesque.
The power being out from 6-8pm but this isn't their fault this is a government issue!!!

Everything Convenient to eat out Restaurant downstairs . Just be careful if you drive a big car and its loadshedding in the basement :))

Very friendly and helpful staff and central location. Nice view of the mountains.
We stayed on the 3rd floor and there are no lifts so we had to carry all our luggage up to the 3rd floor. The rooms are very small and no dressing table / mirror in the main bedroom.

The apartment was neat and tidy
Noise was unbearable, we stayed on the bottom floor next to reception and other guest in the room next door was having a party. Sounded like we were in a shebeen or night club! Receptionist could not move us to a different apartment as there was loadshedding. Security said he could only ask them to be quiet after 10 at night. (There are signs up saying quiet after 10, so I take it this is the norm here) The rooms echo noise from outside. We did not use any facilities in the room before leaving and driving home 5 hours till 1 in the morning. Now they are ignoring all mt messages to try get a refund, not answering any of the phone calls. Even Booking.com has ignored my customer service message.

No Airconditioning in main bedroom. kitchen very small and not enough couches for family of four. Viber very weak could. it watch tv because of load shedding and not goof Viber

It is a little away from main "choice areas", but safe parking underground and nice clean and modern accommodation makes it worthwhile. I would definitely recommend. No concerns or complaints. All worked smoothly.
