The location was great! A beautiful beach was just across the road. Also the quiteness of the area was quite nice as well.

The room was tiny. The provided beakfast was not good at all. I was hoping that for the price they charged we would get a better deal, but it was not the case.

Breakfast was a joke. It should have been bought fresh in the morning and not the afternoon before. Did not meet our expectation of a continental breakfast. Not at all enjoyable. The room was clean and the view was amazing.

No directions to find unit. No physical number on the b&b with no directions to find our room. Too about 30 mins plus phone calls back to reception some distance down the road at the motel. Another couple arrived and could not find their room. We also tried to help them but couldn’t locate their room. No table and chairs in the room for breakfast. The accommodation entry smelt very musty. There was a used coffee pod in the coffee machine from a previous guest. I could go on and on.

I requested for some extra things for my anniversary, which was confirmed via email that they will do it. But there was nothing at all.

we booked the property mainly for the hot tub facilities. when we arrived the hot tub was cold. we turned it on but sadly it still was not warm enough before we have to leave the next morning which was disappointing.

Nice and quiet, breakfast was good.

The room was really small. Hardly room for a suitcase. I had to climb over the bed to close the curtain.

Clean room and comfy bed, has everything you need. Nice balcony to sit and watch the world go by with glimpses to the beach.

We could here the room next door. Shower was great but not awesome water pressure

This is what I didn't like. I was unable to pull the blind down behind the bed, all the homes nearby had their lights on, and the room lit up like a Xmas tree I would like for you to put a new blind behind the bed as I think this one has had its day.

I didn’t like that our coffee cups were forgotten on day two as well as t spoons to eat our yoghurt or enjoy a cup of tea

Quite room service it was very noisy when cleaning upstairs, and late prefer earlier service

the bed was comfortable, the cleaning staff were kind and respectful. However there was no one to contact if you needed something like towels or extra condiments, etc. once the cleaning staff had left which was about 2:30-3 pm.

The woman at reception at the Huskisson motel was a piece of work- goes by the name of Morgan, not hospitable does not know what customer service is. Very rude to guests when they are asking for extra condiments and making suggestions and a complaint. Do not deal with this company at the Huskisson B & B is run by the Huskisson Motel which is where you have to go to pick up the key for the other property. Morgan is the face of the company at reception and treats guests deplorably. Additionally the rooms are dusty and dirty/sandy behind the chairs and bathrooms not cleaned properly. The reception staff do not understand that the customer needs to be made happy for the money spent to stay at that dump, and treated with respect. The best thing about the place was the beach. Would not recommend and will not stay there again. Avoid as you can get a higher end accomodation for the same price.

It was quiet, clean and very well positioned.The bed was really comfortable.
