Clean and comfortable Very pleasant and professional manager who moved our rooms without hesitation

Where it is sited. Also parking was so bad we had to use multi story opposite Noise from nightclub next door meant we asked to change rooms , which we were accommodated with . Also breakfast wasn’t that good. Bacon overcooked, where you get breakfast was so cramped up that I felt herded . Plenty of room to spread the Buffett breakfast out a bit

It was very good the cooked breakfast was hot and looked fresh . Lots of choices

Had to ask for another bath towel as only had one for two people the rest were hand towels. This was dealt with promptly and to be fair anyone could of missed that error when dealing out towels Bathroom door didn’t shut properly without a bit of force .

The staff were very friendly and polite. The overall impression was very good. The breakfast was excellent.

Unfortunately, the car park was very small and at a cost of £7.00 per day. Even after paying to park there was no guarantee of a space if you went away in your car.

Staff were poor. The car park was expensive. The breakfast was a poor service. We were offered a time slot but then it was too busy to find a seat. The hotel was dirty and noisy. The staff clearly didn’t enjoy working here and had no customer service.

Easy to get around. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food.

Parking was a bit of a problem. The car park was full when we arrived so parked on the street which actually saved us money! There is a multi storey car park close by though so not too bad really.

The breakfast was satisfactory.

I asked for a twin room 7 months in advance but wasn't allocated one. They blamed booking.com The rooms were on different floors although requested to be together. The first assistant at the desk on arrival want very helpful and just blamed the way we had booked even though we had emailed them in advance.

Room was nice, with a mini fridge, bathroom was nice size too. Very clean. Staff were lovely. Kids enjoyed breakfast downstairs! Would definitely book again.

Fantastic location, room had everything we needed and breakfast was spot on

3 of us sharing a room and only 2 cups. Luckily they weren't used anyway so not an issue this time
