Wunderschöne Lage mit tollem Ausblick, stets sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal und die ganze Anlage sauber und in einwandfreiem Zustand.

Insgesamt ist die Einrichtung des Apartments ein klein bißchen in die Jahre gekommen. Das schmälert jedoch nicht den Gesamteindruck.

Food was nice the little we eat at the pool area or bistro.

No vegan options for Lunch, or any meals unless booked and lots of advance notice was given. Whilst at the pool bar or sitting at a table I almost always had to go to the bar for service or to get staff’s attention. Pool bar was rarely available for snacks of food unless a booking was made well in advance. Could not get a sandwich before 12 or after 2 and even when food was available all the tables were reserved which meant there where only one or 2 tables to sit at. We did book an evening meal once and noticed that most of the other tables were reserved although most were not used. We had to eat out at restaurants outside the complex for lunch, dinner, and snacks as it was almost impossible to get a table unless you were just having a drink. This meant we could rarely enjoy the beautiful pool area unless we had brought snacks ourselves which is not what a holiday is all about. It appears the staff or management do not have the capacity to serve or cope with more than 20 people at a particular time. We were very disappointed that we could avail of food when hungry and would have to get changed and leave to go elsewhere. On several occasions We noticed young families which had just arrived on their first day and were turned away. Although staff were very apologetic and polite. I was really a shame that we couldn’t avail of the pool area a lot more. Second time staying here Fantastic Complex and stunning views and great accommodation. Really thought Pool Service would have improved. Will be back to Carvoeiro next year but will really have to consider where we stay.

Spotlessly clean but could do with some updating. Sofa and armchairs were particularly uncomfortable

should have double bed in main bedroom. 2 single beds not appropriate particularly for accommodation of such high standard. lack of washing machine which we expected to be provided
