Clean and beautiful surroundings, easy access to supermarket and beach, quiet and private, good parking.

Most important- the conservative news channels such as FOX, Newsmax and OAN was not available. This impacted my leisure stay and satisfaction. I saw this as bias.

The location was right across the road from a Pharmacy, supermarket and food hall. The main beautiful beach was also across the road. Also the bus stops were right on our doorstep, which made things super easy for my group to get in and out of town. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and was always on hand to help with anything. Considering the location of the property which is on the high end side of Grande Anse, the price of our stay was very very cheap considering. The wifi was really good and never went out, and the aircon was always working for us, plus they also had the ceiling fans to use when no air con was needed.

I honestly could not fault this property at all.

Staff were, on the whole, very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful in many ways; one or two other staff members could benefit from customer service training. A number of items needed attention (e.g. no towel handrail in the bathroom, a wardrobe door off the rail and a TV which was not a smart TV and therefore could not receive online programmes). All of these items were rectified promptly and efficiently; thank you to the manager and staff members concerned.

Laundry facilities were advertised as 24-hours and machines operated by tokens which could be purchased from the office or from any of the housekeeping staff. However, tokens were not available outside office hours (after 5:00pm weekdays and all weekend) or when the housekeeping store was closed. It was therefore not possible to use the laundry facilities outside normal working hours (which would have been preferable to ease the pressure on staff who used the same machines for the apartments' laundry). The living room area would benefit from a small coffee or side table as there is nowhere to rest your cup, glass or any other object whilst you're watching TV or simply relaxing.

The apartment was spacious and had good facilities. Also, it's really close to Gran Anse beach with a vegan restaurant next door and a small shopping complex nearby.

The bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

We had a bad sofa bed and they gave us u 120m2 room which was perfect. Near restaurants and all was good.
