The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well presented. The bed was very comfortable like sleeping on cloud.

Microwave button stuck and water jug did not have a turn on switch. Had to use stuck microwave to heat water for coffee.

Ayrline room was above expectation with a different layout to most motels. Very roomy, quiet and comfortable. Staff were excellent - just what I needed after a harrowing drive. Bed lamps were great (not blinding the other sleeper). Ground level with parking outside the door.
My pillow was a bit hard (but in the morning I found a softer pillow in the cupboard) - I was too exhausted on arrival to look. The light in the loo needs fixing, but just like all the travellers before me, I forgot to tell management.
