The building shows its age in what is infrastructure that needs bad refurbishment to meet basic standards. The worst part was the mattrass for the beds - I have travelled all over the world and can honestly say the mattrasses in the two-bedroom apartment I had were the worst I have ever experienced, basically rock hard!!! Furthermore appears no one check the operation of the washing machine when it was connected (appears to be reasonable new) and in the end, the hotel electriacian had to install a new electrical point to plug the machine into as the one it was plugged into didn't work. In summary while the apartment is large, the actual fitout could be much more enhancing, apart from the mattrasses, with some good lounges placed in the main room so one could relax more...horrible plain seats that offer no comfort. Furthermore, on going out onto the balcony, this area was dirty and totally useless for relaxing, despite having one of the best views of the river and all that happens along the boardwalk.

The Location, the room was supposed to be an upgrade but wasn't, But breakfast was excellent,

The staff are adorable, very helpful, go out of there way to help you, need a month vusa extension they organised it, need flowers for a birthday they organised it.

Central location just a few metres from the river. It was great to be able to get some washing done as the apartment was supplied with a washing machine.

The hotel is located in the red light district of Phnom Penh which made for some eye-popping sights. Although we didn’t mind so much, families with children should be aware of this before choosing to stay here.

Great location located close to the River in Street 136. Hotel has two lifts. Many restaurants and bars in close vicinity. Breakfast was quite good.

Very dim lighting in room. TV reception was average and TV was quite small. Safe located at bottom of storage cupboard.

Comfortable and clean room. Great location plenty of restaurants and nightlife nearby. Breakfast available. Hotel arranged reasonably priced taxi to the airport ($12). Selection of English language channels on Cable TV. Friendly and helpful staff. TukTuks available in street outside hotel.

TV broke (2nd occasion in my last 3 stays at this hotel) but was quickly replaced.

Upgraded to a VIP room with a huge balcony that could overlook the river. Since my visit was during the rainy season, they provided umbrellas.

There is a neighborhood rooster that begins crowing in the early hours and continues through the morning! The outlets are very inconveniently placed, i.e. plugging in your laptop while in bed and/or plugging in multiple devices.
