Location in the best part of the old city near the wonderful church with its great Romanesque frescoes. Parking in the nearby piazza is free but not always available. The garden courtyard is pleasant. The restaurant next door is excellent and the take away pizza and pasta shop over the road is convenient with home made pastas, lasagna and gnocchi for sale. Anagni is a very nice old town.

Only one small window in the door, but the room is tastefully designed with a small stove if you want to buy the home made pasta from across the road and cook up a sauce.

The studio/apartment is in a great location in the centro with its own garden so very private and well equipped. Hostess left a message on the outer door for us and keys in the door of the studio so easy to access. She arrived a few minutes after the time we indicated. Happy to recommend this.

No criticism of the studio but the Booking.com information was even worse than usual. This is not a guest house, there are no other rooms, there is no patio for "some rooms", there is no "onsite coffee house", there is no desk - just a table for 2, and no kettle. I could go on....
