The motel manager Chris, went above and beyond to welcome us. Our basketball team stayed here, found it to be an awesome location with the pub nearby for dinner and shopping centre for convenient breakfast supplies.

Good location, close to the lake & shops. Clean, comfortable & pretty accessible for a wheelchair user such as myself.
Water was scalding hot in shower. Not great for disabled people.

The room was clean, with excellent kitchen facilities, a comfortable bed, and good water pressure in the shower.
They advertised the room as having a private balcony with a creek view. Technically, it did, but the view was very limited, and you wouldn't spend time on the balcony as it was right next to the road. (There was a road between the balcony and the creek.)

Needs renovations. Been staying here for years but I think may try elsewhere simply because it’s become very dated.

3rd stay here, perfect for my elderly mother.
The hot water tap in the kitchenette, squealed when turned on! The microwave doesn’t have a light inside, so blew up my expensive hot/cold pack :(
The single bed needs a bedside table.

Friendly helpful Manager (owner?) Glenn, offered to change our room so that we could see and be closer to our car and caravan safely parked behind us in next street (which was a quiet Court). Very grateful and had a peaceful quiet stay in very comfortable room. Fabulous to have a kitchenette too. Highly recommend this place. Thanks Glenn.

Large room with good facilities - could easily accommodate 2 x queen beds.
Good size bathroom and amenities.
Only low point was the greeting at reception - underwhelming to say the least.

Was very spacious and comfortable for 3 people. We enjoyed our stay.
The lighting in the room. With 2 women dressing and doing makeup, we certainly needed the mirror in the room to have brighter lighting... the bathroom mirror had excellent lighting though.

Nice big room, good kitchenette with microwave
Flyscreens on sliding door were in poor condition (did not meet up or lock), hairdryer on wall in bathroom just terribly old and rattly (apparently there is a new one in the wardrobe but no signage to indicate that in bathroom)

Cleaning staff friendly and helpful.
The manager wasn't very obliging when we asked to leave at 11.00 am instead of 10.00 am. The furniture in the room i.e. dining chairs were badly stained, noisy fridge and aircon - needs updating.
