They were renovating but hey that was one of the perfect place to book for couple of days

Even though our stay was short, the room and facilities were very good, also the staff is really welcoming. This place has become a very special one for us.

Close to restaurants, bars and shops but far enough from the noise. Large balcony where you can sit comfortably and relax, hot water, nice garden.

It was the most expensive accomodation we have stayed in during our travels here in the DR but also the worst one. It could be a very nice place if somebody took care of it. The bed is not comfortable as the mattress is flat, the furniture is old and not in a good condition, the kitchen is not very clean, WiFi did not work, TV does not have YouTube or Netflix. The seating area at the terrace with sea view cannot be used as it is damaged. You pay too much for what you get.

We paid extra for a room with a terrace and were very satisfied. Privacy and tranquility.

dirt everywhere: kicked utensils, walls furniture,beach.ants in beds, very noisy at night, opposite a land field of rubbish, no restaurants nearby, only dirty streets and stray dogs.

Friendly staff, proximity to the beach, own pool and parking

.The furniture is rather old and shabby, kitchen not very clean. For a price of 180 USD per night, I would expect a room without cockroaches...
