Kellemes szálláshely Szeged belvárosában, közel a látványosságokhoz. Mélygarázs az épület alatt elérhető, elektromos autó töltő lehetőséggel.
A reggeli kínálat bőséges, de a kiszolgáló asztaloknál várakozni kell, elég zsúfolt volt hétvégén.

Locatia aproape de centrul orasului si faptul ca are parcare subterană!
Aste a treia oară la acest hotel in trei ani consecutivi! La minusul pe care l-am scris acum trei ani referitor la chiuveta din baie care este montată total incomod si fără a respecta standardele, mai adaug de aceasta dată prosoapele de baie, uzate peste măsură, faptul ca indiferent cum ai face duș, apa tot se duce către chiuvetă si vasul de toaletă, prosopul covoraș baie a fost identic cu prosoapele pentru mâini și față, fapt nu tocmai ok având in vedere ca dupa spălarea acestuia putea fi folosit drept prosop de față. Faptul ca nu există papuci hotelieri, este un mare minus deoarece usa de la baie este imediat lângă intrarea in cameră, însemnând că pe acolo pe unde intri încălțat de afară, calci si cu picioarele goale imediat ce ieși din baie! Am avut doua camere duble la ultimul etaj, iar in ambele camere era un miros persistent pe care l-as asemăna cu mirosul de lichid seminal, fără a exagera sau a duce in derizoriu postarea. Au mai fost si alte chestiuni mai minore peste care le-as trece cu vederea daca nu ar fi fost cele de mai sus, precum: vinul rose de la bar, deși era la vânzare, mai aveau doar o singura sticlă, cea expusă, care bineînțeles era caldă, mici diferențe de preț intre prețurile din meniu si cele de pe bonul fiscal. O mare schimbare în minus fata de anii trecuți! Nota este le măsură !

Kiváló dizájn, ötletcunami minden cimként, poszteren. A gazdaságos szoba pont nekem való, nem kell nagy hely, csak legyen egy jó ágy, töltő, TV és zuhanyzó.
A mélyparkolóban volt a kuka. Én értem, hogy nincs máshol hely, de a légkondícionálók külső egységei miatt 40 fok volt, a szemét pedig szaglott. A beparkolás és a kiparkolás ideje alatt fintorogtam.

Zamawiałem pokoje o lepszym standardzie dostałem pokoje o niskim standardzie w cenie tych o wyższym standardzie (pokoje dostałem na poddaszu z zaciekami i odchodzącą tapetą ) pod prysznicem a dodam że dotarłem do hotelu w nocy jak chciałem się od świeżyć to nie było żelu do mycia i musiała mi wystarczyć sama woda . Czemu się nie upomniałem o pokoje bo dodam że 2 pokoje wynająłem, to dla tego że byłem bardzo zmęczony podróżą a to co zastałem na miejscu spowodowało że się całkowicie zdekompresowałem , nie polecam i więcej tam już nie zajrzę ,

Hotel is located far from the center, at a quiet stret. Rooms are clean and spacious, with a small balkony.
I booked a room for three persons. Admittedly - late, but not that late (around 19:00). On the arrival (late in the night, past 22:00) the room was prepared for one person only. One bedding was totally missing, while the duvel for another person was missing, too. The service at the reception was lengthy, and the receptionist was barely able to deliver the missing duvel&bedding (which took him more than an hour anyway, so we went to beds long after one in the night). On top of that, the hotel did not have the parking space in the garage (despite the booking.com declaration otherwise) and I had to park on the street (payable), so I am still awaiting for the local parking company ticket to arrive. Finally, the booking.com declaration indicates a full wheelchair accessibility. While that is true for the most of the time, the shower is barely accessible - the entrance is very narrow and consists of shaky glass and there are no handles around. You need to be able to stand firm on your feet, to utilize it. Summing up - this was a very nasty experience for ~150 EUR a night!

It is great to have a garage, even if it is small.
We booked additional rooms for more colleagues on different days, but the administration process was not smooth. We reported a non-functional toilet in our room (202) on the first day, but nothing was done. A repairman visited for another issue (not for our request - he placed an additional mobile charger), and when we asked him to check the toilet, he said he couldn't fix it, and there was no further communication. This level of service is disappointing, especially for a 4-star hotel.

Very friendly staff.
They could have had a more diverse breakfast but I appreciated that I could opt for gluten free bread.
The location was also a plus.

Super sauberes Hotel, nähe Zentrum. Alles TOP! Hilfsbereites Personal. Das Zimmer ist eher klein aber da wir auf der Durchreise und eine Nacht hatten, war es vollkommen ausreichend. Frühstück war ok.
Wir haben auch ein Tiefgaragenparkplatz gebucht. Wenig Platz und manche Autos haben so geparkt das es ziemlich schwierig war einzuparken.

Cleanliness, stuff, location
Unfortunatelly, It was so unpleasant to sleep during the night. The window is made so that it can't be open, and inside of the room was unpleasant air without freshness... Air conditioner was blowing straight into the head :( And green Exit sign above the door was so fleshy in the dark, I couln't sleep almost whole night :( I get to use to sleep in complete dark. Breakfast was a bit expensive...

Kind staff, comfy bed, clean and nice room. Interesting hotel interior. Breakfast was very good and diverse. I really liked it and had a very pleasant stay. :)
The only thing I didn't like is the coffee from the automatic coffee machines during breakfast, but that is typical for hotels. :)

Great location. Good breakfast and service. Clean rooms. Secure parking garage. We liked the overall atmosphere of the hotel.
I would like more light fixtures in the room. The ventilation in the room could be better. The basin in the bathroom was too high for my 5-year-old to use by himself.

The location is great. Stuff is super polite. View is not bad from roof window :)
The bed was not so comfortable.
The roof window did not have good coverage so I could not sleep in the morning because of the Sun. Breakfast especially on a second day was a disgrace. The food wasn't fresh.. we got leftovers from the previous day. It was very few of us that day for breakfast so I needed to ask them to bring fruits...etc..Anyway, breakfast is too expensive for what u can get downtown for that money.

Beautiful hotel with a cool style. Beds are very comfortable and rooms are spacious. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Very happy to stay again!

Absolutely perfect location! Away from the noise, as it is in a more quiet street, but litterally 3-4 mins walk to the main street with all the restaurants, shops etc.
The staff of the hotel was the best from the hotel! Friendly, smiling, helpful, perfect service! You cannot say enough good words about them!
In general - clean, comfortable, delicious breakfast, great service... I will be staying there again! :)

The location is good, the staff is kind, friendly and professional.
For the price I paid, I got really bad quality. I got a one bed room, which was super tiny and uncomfortable. The bathroom was so small that I couldn’t properly turn around or use the sink. The hotel was not full at all so they could have given me a proper room. This kind of room I would only rent out (for the price especially) if the hotel was fully booked.
