Breakfast was good. Location is great because it's close to the airport.

The beans from breakfast were a little too salty. There was no towel in the room when I arrived.

We have been coming here so nice they opened, like maybe 30 years. It has gone through some me “quality cycles” I guess. However, I believe it is better now than it probably ever has been.

The staff were friendly.

I make the booking for a friend. I did not stay at the hotel. He told me it was good. I didn't appreciate that booking.com didn't tell me the location did not accept credit cards over the phone. They only accept the card in person. The location did not give me the full amount owed when I called. I did a wire transfer for the amount on Booking.com only to get a call the following day to be told I owed $5.95 in taxes. I had to send another wire for that amount and the cost of the wire was $26.00CI. How can this be fair and a good business practice? Also I asked for confirmation of my emails and received none.

Staff was friendly and kind. The place is perfect to stay overnight and then heading to the Bay Islands. You do not have to enter the city centre. We were able the change the included breakfast for dinner which was excellent since we arrived late at night and leave early. Highly recomended.

Wifi did not work.

Location was excellent for me because I had to be at the airport by 5:30am.

It would have been a real help if the wifi worked in the room. I had to go out in the corridor to use it.
