The best budget hotel in Phnom Penh.

the staff is nice and very helpful, to be honest.

The room is too narrow, so for us Muslims it is difficult to pray.

The modern design n its amenities

The toilet is too modern n need to get used to it.

ALL Staff were so very polite, Friendly and Knowledgable. They were willing to help me with whatever i needed from Taxi, to directions.

Room Airconditioning a bit dodgy, Toilet interesting to say the least. There is a jug in room to boil water however there is no Tea bags to have a cuppa. Strange really.

The corridors and rooms stink like a full ashtraty in public toilet

The rooms an corridors mostly smell like ashtrays in public Toilets .. very disappointing, After a long flight from Australia , or today a long drive from San Reap u have to try and find a room that does not STINK , up and down the lifts finally having to accept a stinky room .. I did suggest a couple of complimentary Breakfasts may stop me spending the rest of my life shitcanning the hotel on FB .. I am a angry, grumpy old man and go on FB every day to vent my anger ... I appreciate who your main customer are and they are every arrogant as to where they smoke and spit .. I DO NOT FEEL THE HOTEL IS DOING ENOUGH TO SOLVE THE SITUATION ,A TINY SIGN THAT CANNOT BE SEEN WHEN LIFT DOOR IS OPEN . i SUGGEST A BIG SIGN IN EVERY ROOM . 100USD FINE AND EVICTION MAY HELP, PLUS SMOKE DETECTORS IN EVERY ROOM .. AND HAVE THE BALLS TO THROW CUSTOMER OUT IN MIDDLE OF NIGHT ETC . I understand i am a lone voice so nothing will be done . Tomorrow i look for a different hotel

location is good. near central, convenient to move. staff is friendly, room is clean
