The location was great. We walked to the center of Greve daily. The view was very nice.

We were met at the property and shown around by the very friendly owner. Once we'd arrived at the property everything was smooth. The property is well equipped and quiet, despite being very close to all amenities and restaurants in Greve and the main S222 Chiantigiana road from Florence to Siena. We enjoyed trying the BBQ grill and sitting in the outdoor area with the cats for company. Netflix was useful to have, too.

Our only difficulty was in finding the house. It is, just as described, 5 minutes walk from the main square (really easy once you know how!) but Google Maps does not recognise the address and sends you way beyond Montefioralle. An Australian couple spoke to us, whilst also looking for their rental accommodation, and said their car Navigation system had done the same. A simple map or directions would be really useful.

Location and kitchen was great. Outdoor area would be terrific in warmer weather.

We couldn't figure out how to use the heat and it was very cold! The sofa/living space was in the kitchen. I wasn't aware of this. So other than at the kitchen table you only had seating for 2 people. In warmer weather you would be outside but it was chilly and we were inside.

Slow wifi at times. Place for two comfortable sunbeds, garden too little to be in the sun with the four of us at the same time.

Lovely open plan kitchen diner with all appliances, table and chairs and comfy sofa. Modern decor. The pool is small but perfect for cooling down in the hot sun. Location is on quite a steep bank but within a few minutes walk of the square in Greve where there are several bars/restaurants, a few shops, a large supermarket and an ice cream parlour! The area is very quiet and everything is quiet by midnight. The friendly owners live next door and so are at hand to deal with any issues to make your holiday problem free.

I think the property would benefit from some extra crockery as it soon ran out if we were having a BBQ and needed extras as serving bowls and plates. The property was perfect for 4 adults but I feel both the interior and sunbed area would be too small for a family of 6.

The perfect location for exploring Greve and the surrounding area. The house is a little outside of the main plaza but within easy walking distance. Everything you need is there and we would absolutely stay here again.
