A very nice apartment with everything that you need: e.g watercooker, bread toaster and washing machine. Very nice staff and nice owner that answered promptly on a question we had. The apartment is located very near a shopping mall, very handy. A big plus is also the nice swimming pool with easy access to the beach.

The location of the property is perfect as it is far away enough from the noisy area but still walkable (around 20 minutes). The market village across the street is a great place to get a bite or do some groceries if necessary. Walking across the property to access Hua Hin beach is very easy.

Electricity rate is a lot more expensive than I expected. The apartment complex is more suitable for longer term stay than a quick getaway.

Location was good

The apartment is really beachfront! and also close to one shopping mall where you can go eat quite cheap in the food court. the swimming pool is clean, but we don’t go there often since we are looking for beach. The beach itself is also quite clean (if you compare with other beaches in south east asia). It has a small waves, so it’s ok to go there with small children.

The design of the outdoor pool is excellent. Access to the beach is directly from the property. Within 5 minutes walk is the Village Market with numerous shops and restaurants.

Location and the spacious rooms

The wifi didn’t work very well. We were working during the stay. If this problem can be fixed, this place would be a perfect choice. We’re looking for a next stay.

K. Jason and K. Pemika are excellent hosts. The moment they got our confirmation (although it was last minute), we instantly received great service. They furnished us with all the information that we needed so we did not have to ask questions and we got to the property much more easily. The location was indeed excellent. It was really beachfront as advertised (other properties label themselves as such though they are a thousand feet away from the beach). The property is also just across Market Village where you can buy food and other stuff so you do not have to bring too much things with you. The security and the receptionist greeted us with warm welcome although we arrived too early. They assisted us with all of our needs on a timely manner. The unit is fully furnished, you have everything that you need there and beyond! Their kitchenette was complete which made it easier for us to prepare home-cooked meals away from home. From the sofa to the bed to the linens and mattresses and even washing machine, everything was made available. Definitely, a pleasurable stay! We are going to be back for sure. Thank you, K. The balcony had a view on a temporary construction wall. A new construction started on the adjacent plot with a lot of noise, even at the swimming pool. (drilling)
