Excellent breakfast.
Not so far from the Holy Mosue.
Free private parking.
The golf car used to transport the guests to the Holy mosque is too small and not even enough for the guests. Not to mention that guests from other hotels are also using it.
Walking to the mosque is so tyring due to the steep slopes.

Staff are super friendly, extremely welcoming, great breakfast variety, really close to Haram, walking distance or shuttle bus or shuttle Golf cart ready to drop you closer. Rooms are nice and big with tea coffee.
Just try to avoid calling at 10pm to check in, it's quite a frightening when the phone rings that loud and you are asleep 😊, but it does not ruin the positive experience at all and I understand that it's protocol.

Öncelikle check-in den check-out a kadar herşey çok güzeldi. Otel personeli çok ilgili, güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Her konuda destek oluyorlar. Otelin genel temizliği ve odaların temizlği çok güzel. Heryer tertemizdi. Biz 6. katta kaldık ve 6. kat temizlik görevlisi arkadaşlar çok ilgili ve yardımcı idi. Bize devamlı bir ihtiyacımızın olup olmadığını sordular. Kendilerine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Otelin en önemli özelliklerinden biri de konumu. Konumu çok merkezi. Yürüyerek Kabe'ye 6-7 dakikada gidebiliyorsunuz. Ayrıca her 10dk da bir kalkan bir otobüs, ve devamlı hareket halinde olan bir golf arabası var. Biz hep golf arabasını tercih ettik, çünkü otelin önünden binip 1 dk içerisinde Mescid-el Haram bölgesi girişinde olabiliyorsunuz. Sonra zaten Kabe ana kapılarına giriyorsunuz. Biz 3 aile ve toplam 4 küçük çocuk ile kaldık. Kabe bölgesinde iken ihtiyaçlarımız için bile devamlı otele gidip geldik. Ulaşım çok rahattı. Tekrar gidersek mutlaka bu otelde kalacağız.
Açıkcası sevmediğimiz bir özelliği olmadı. Herşey çok güzeldi.

تجربتي سيئة ، حجزت الفندق ليلتان قبل السفر بشهر وبلغتهم احتاج غرفتين كتصلين فبعض اكثر من 3 مرات وتم تأكيد من قبل الموظف ، عندما وصلت قال الاستقبال لا توجد غرف متصله اول ليلة كان المكيف حار كلمتهم الفجر لم يعالجون المشكلة ، اليوم الثاني تم تبديل الغرفه وكانت الليلة الثانيه مريحة وبشكل عام ممكن الفندق جيد لكن تجربتي سيئة

The Hotel was 5 mins walk from Haram. They had 24 hours buggy to drop us closer to haram and then you can walk from there. The Partial Haram view was also a good choice as my parents loved it. Tea Coffee was available too. Beds were comfortable. They had wide range of breakfast which was v good.
We faced 2 issues in the hotel, First one is Smoking smell in the room. Even though it says its a non smoking hotel, there was alot of smell and we were little disturbed because of that. So when we called the helpline for spray they immediately came and sprayed. So that we had to do everytime we would come back to the hotel.
Second issue was in the Bathroom, the water in the sink goes down the drain very slowly because of which my father was very annoyed.
Other than these 2 issues, everything else was Perfectly fine.

Check in was so easy and I received my room immediately.
Early morning after Fajr praying time I was calling reception many times and no answer !!!!!! Next day I found insects inside my room ( Cockroach )
The ramp is very difficult for old people to reach hotel when you finch your Omrah and after every praying time. I will never stay again there.

The rooms are spacious. The cleanliness standards were high as the staff was very friendly and responsive. The ground floor lobby areas are good and spacious with several amenities available. The 2nd floor restaurant is also good with several dishes served in breakfast.
There was a shuttle golf service for travelling to and from the Haram area.
The carpet in the room was slightly old. Some of the bed lights/ lamps were broken.
The dinner served at 2nd-floor restaurant was not worth the price and the hotel appeared to be expensive in the pricing of stuff as compared to the market/ locality.

Really disappointed they moved my room without telling me and they're was a massive leak from the ceiling and into my luggage and damaged all my kids clothes that I was taking to Dubai for them absolutely ridiculous and nothing was done about it and then went to notify the manager they didn't do much about or apologies neither did they cover me for my damages. Will not EVER use Marriot for that reason.

They gave us a complimentary breakfast. Location was very near to Haram and there was convenient shuttle bus and electric carts every five minutes to the Mosque. They entertained our request for early check-in also without any extra charges.

The Spice Market International Dinner is to be avoided at all costs!!! They use leftovers from breakfast doused in a cheesy sauce as an attempt to cover-up for their culinary crime. Be warned dinner is gore rather than gourmet!!!
In addition, the Spice Market International dinner was sold with a discount of 20 SAR from 100 SAR, so we paid 80 per person. But honestly the quality of the food and the variety and type of food served was awful!!! Its not even worth 10 SAR we felt we were duped in purchasing this dinner. We tried it once and it was the last time!!!
Whatever you do don't attend or pay for the dinner in the Spice Market you will regret it!!!
The Egyptian "Chefs" should be ashamed with themselves, thinking we would not catch them adding cheesy sauce to breakfast leftovers, such audacity and impertinent insolence should not go unpunished!!!

From start to finish the service provided by this hotel was exceptional all the amenities were clean and to a high standard. The breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of item to choose from. The staff were amazing and very attentive would definitely recommend to anyone. I definitely know were I am staying when I come here again.
