Booked this property specifically for the Hot Tub over New Year. Paid more to stay here than anywhere else and on arrival the Hot Tub is full of snow. Owners response is that it's too cold for it to work. Not acceptable to advertise a Hot Tub then not provide one or even mention in the booking that it may not be available. Raised a complaint and wanted one night refunding. Owner has refused this. What a cheek when they didnt provide what I paid for. Gave the owner the chance to be fair. Will do a Section 75 claim via my credit card and claim the full amount back. If they can act unprofessional then I will be funny about it too. Don't book with this place if you expect exceptional service or what you pay for.

Clean room and lovely hottub

Small room but fine (with the suitcase on the ground we blocked the way to the bathroom but there was no other option for the suitcase)
