Le petit café du matin serait un plus

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Hotel Krone. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß und die Betten bequem. Es gab sogar einen Kleiderschrank mit Bügeln. Die Lage war perfekt.

Great value for money. The room was spacious and the bathroom large and clean. Great location in the historic centre, close to main plaza and lots of restaurant options. Hosts were helpful, and host kindly drove me to my bus the next day.

Noise travelled too well in the building - no street noise but other guest noise was a bit disruptive. Definitely need earplugs if you're also a light sleeper.

Great rooftop room which was clean and spacious. Comfortable sitting out area with view across the rooftops. Very friendly welcoming staff!

A home from home in Popayan! Bernardo looked after us so well, greeted us at the door morning and evening, we felt so safe. Incredible location, 2mins from Parque Caldes but on a quiet and peaceful street. Rooms were spacious and light, cleaned every day and fresh towels! Can’t recommend more highly!

Occasionally it was a little noisy in the morning.

Good location in central Popayan. Good value. Clean and comfortable. Great to stay for 1-2 nights on your way between Colombia and Equador.

Hotel was great. Popayan as a destination didn’t really live up to expectations though. Lots of traffic, kinda desolate at night and not as beautiful as advertised. Good place to rest on a trip between Ecuador and Cali for example but not somewhere i would go out of my way to visit, though it did have a lot of great restaurants!
