Staff are friendly and the whole environment was just fantastic. The location is near the subway and you can simply get everything in nearby convenience store. There are also restaurants and shopping malls if you walk towards the Sinnonhyeon subway station side^^
The room could be bigger as there isn't enough space for us to store our luggage and stuff.
It would be better if toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. Maybe can consider using more environmentally-friendly materials.

Loved the ethos of the company and the style of the property. Room was small but well designed, perfect for solo traveller. Very big comfortable bed, however it could only be accessed from one side.
As a tourist not the best location for historical sights (but perfect if you want to go shopping).

It was a bit more earthy and boutique style which is a bit more homely in such a big busy complex city. Made it more comfortable and familiar.

The location was excellent near the subway and bus station. Bed is really comfortable. The bathroom is amazing. Staff is very nice and helpful. I had my luggage there for a few hours after i checked out. Type G plug in the room was refreshing.
The room was absolutely small and suffocating. Luggage storage is barely fitting more than a little carry-on bag.
The terrible part was the air-conditioning turn-off! I mean, this could've been a tragic if the weather was warmer during my stay, and I don't want to think about winter nights.
One switch for the entire light system in the room, which is very annoying.

Hotel Cappuccino was centrally located in Seoul's neighbourhood of Gangnam. The hotel is conveniently located in walking distance of good shopping, skin care clinics, and a short subway ride from many of Seoul's main attractions. Despite smaller rooms, the beds are huge!
In striving to be more environmentally friendly, the hotel turns off the air conditioning in the evenings and the rooms can get quite hot throughout the night. We solved this issue by opening the window to allow for fresh air to get in, but being centrally located it can be a little loud throughout the night.

electrical outlets are not working - hard to charge battery - too loose and no usb plug
slow elevator, had to wait for longer than 15 min sometimes

the location was good next to Gangnam main area and close to metro stations of shin- nonhyun and unjoo-
2elevators were very very slow - and one of them are almost always not working . big problem to charge battery of phone and macbook as all electrical outlets are so loose , couldnt hold -

Location is great and the shower too.
Staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
The room temperature was too warm and it was impossible to lower (just few degrees).
The hotel breakfast is only until 9:00 am, not convenient after a 9 hours flight

I was not able to adjust the a/c myself, the hotel had control of the temperature in my room the whole stay. The WiFi signal is not strong in my room and decent only in the lobby.

the location is perfect, near a subway station. The staff was really helpful and friendly! the rooms are a bit small but very cosy and clean.
the payment system didn’t accept neither my creditcard nor my debetcard. luckily, we had enough cash.

clean, modern and eco-friendly hotel - I like the idea. there’s a café on the ground floor. beds are very comfy. there’s a roof bar with a great view (unfortunately open only till about 10 pm). self laundry, fitness studio. it’s also a pet friendly hotel
small rooms, there’s not much space when you have a lot of luggage. there’s a street in front of the hotel so it’s a bit noisy if you open the window. you can’t choose what you want for breakfast- everyday they’re serving the same set.

Nice boutique hotel with industrial design. I enjoyed chilling in my room with the automatic window blind and also used the convenient room service. Bed is very very comfortable. I also went to the rooftop bar to enjoy the sunset! There's also a gym and coin laundry self-service.
