the overpriced food taste good the pool still holds a lot of water, but like everything else it lacks maintenance

Drain didn’t work, light bulbs didn’t work , ac worked, but produced so much noise, that it wasn’t possible to sleep for it, only one towel, tv and WiFi are difficult to use, IT-guy says his busy, because nobody can figure it out. everything is worn out

Unstable wifi likely as a part of electricity challenges in the area. Can improve bedding, with better pillows (i.e continental).

The Staff was amazing and very pleasant. If given the proper tools from corporate they would accomplish things, but unfortunately because of racism theses western corporations only exploit Africa instead of investing as well.

For the amount that they charge it’s a robbery to have to stay in a room where the AC was non existent and the fridge not working. The water in the shower wouldn’t drain and overflow into the rest of the bathroom. I forgot to mention a whole ladder standing inside my room upon my check in.
