Best accommodation in Francavilla al Mare I’ve tried so far. Great value for money and direct beach access. The apartment is in great condition and clean.
Wifi speed is low, ok for browsing but poor for video calls. Bed mattress is not the best.

Great location right at the beach. Our apartment had been recently updated. The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor so did lack views and privacy with workmen outside all day. I think these apartments are good for local travelers as the amenities supplied are basic and was missing a few things we needed and were unable to bring along as international travelers
A couple of teething problems when we arrived, the apartment seemed to have been vacant for a little while as the hot water was off and the fridge had only just been turned on and took some time to get cold. Some additional blankets/bedding would have been good as what was supplied was only a very light blanket which didn’t provide much warmth.

I liked the location and I felt very safe. The apartment was peaceful and a nice size. It had everything I needed! The owner was very kind.
If I were to critique, I would say the shower was very small.

We have stayed here before and it is a perfect location for our needs as we have many friends and family in the area. The beach is very close with many new restaurants to choose from to eat along the promenade. The apartment itself had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend it to anyone.
We did arrive a little earlier than expected and the office where one books in was locked we managed to attract their attention and they eventually let us in. There was some confusion over payment as we had paid most of the rent through Paypal before our arrival, this I am glad was sorted out very quickly and all was well.

not many kitchen utensils, very basic and a bit pointless especially if someone is staying for a few days. not even some sea salt, not enough dishwasher tablets and not enough toilet rolls (only 2 given)

A wonderfull apart-complex right next to the see, literally 50 steps (not sure about all the apartments, but we had a beautfull see view).
In our room everything worked well (a separate airconditioner in each room), simple but nice furniture. Great location with no doubt, 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket is a bonus.
It is a good value for money variant.
It would be great to have such a simple device as iron in the room, especially when you stay for a longer time

Big shopping center is 5 min by walk
Every day (except Sunday) early morning (5:30am) Dustman does his job very loudly under the windows. Windows must be closed, if you want sleep longer.

Always a pleasure be there, it is perfect for us as we are close to all that we enjoy in Francavilla. The place itself is always clean, well managed and very helpful if there are any problems.
