Vous voulez tout? Ceci est la maison de luxe pour vous! Situé à l'extrémité nord de la 13e rue avec vue sur l'eau de chaque pièce de la maison, même de la douche principale. Nouvelle construction, tous les nouveaux meubles, draps, appareils de cuisine et ustensiles de cuisine. Ce 4 chambres plus (lit queen gigogne dans la tanière) comprend un spacieux salon ouvert avec une table de jeu, une cuisine de chef gastronomique avec une cuisinière à gaz professionnelle à 6 brûleurs, un réfrigérateur à double porte et un refroidisseur à vin. La salle à manger (8 places) et il y a 4 salles de bain complètes! 2 Master en-suite. Maître au 1er étage a un lit à baldaquin King, TV 42 pouces et une salle de bain privée avec une grande douche à l'italienne. Maître au 2e étage dispose d'un lit king, salle de bain privée et balcon privé donnant sur Vaca Cut. 3ème chambre avec lit Queen et balcon commun donnant sur la piscine. 4ème chambre dispose de 2 lits jumeaux X-long et balcon commun donnant sur la piscine.
À une courte distance de Vaca Cut, apportez votre bateau et amarrez-le sur le quai de 60 pieds. Table de nettoyage eau, électrique et poisson au bord de l'eau.

This property was everything that it said, and more! We had so much fun as a family and the property is absolutely exquisite. I’ve never stayed in a property that was so well maintained and so well stocked for a short term rental. Communication with the property management was perfect. Always responsive and always very helpful. Would not hesitate recommending this property to anyone and look forward to visiting again sometime in the future.

I booked this property for the week of New Year for my husband and myself, two adult children, daughter in law and three grandchildren. The house was very comfortable for our family, well designed, clean and in very good condition. The manager was very responsive and attentive. I highly recommend this property.

The Perfect Keys Escape!
Cindy is a wonderful host! Communication was spot on and she checked to make sure we had everything we needed. The house was GREAT!!!! We rented a boat for the week and really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons when we returned from fishing. The kitchen was well equipped (we cooked most every night). Location was great (Nice sunset views from the front porches). I highly recommend this property!!!

Family vacation
This vacation was everything we had hoped. The location was excellent, the house was everything we expected and the pool was a relaxing spot to enjoy some family time. We brought our boat and the dock was perfect, easy access to enjoy plenty of time on the water fishing and snorkeling.
The house had plenty of room for us all to spread out for some quiet time or gather together for movie night and games.
Thank you for a memorable trip in your beautiful home.
We were pleasantly surprised to have an excellent dinner at the key colony inn restaurant on our last night on the island.

Perfect for our stay!
We’ve been to Key Colony multiple times. This was the perfect home for our group. We had kids of multiple ages, utilized the dock by renting a boat, the pool was clean, the house was updated, had quality bedding, furniture, appliances, etc. Cindy was very available for anything we needed. Would rent again!

A really great house
As other reviewers have mentioned, the layout of this house is great and our group of 6 adults found it to be very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked; we cooked in almost every night. The street is quiet and the dock access made our boating easy. Very nice stay.

Magical vacation in the Keys
We had an amazing week at this house! It had everything we needed for our group of 10 - extended family aged 5 to 80. We fished and kayaked from the dock, saw a sting ray and a manatee swim by, played in the pool multiple times a day, watched sunsets from the upstairs porch, walked and jogged around the neighborhood, enjoyed big meals together on the back deck. And the location was perfect for accessing snorkel and fishing trips, and exploring state parks like Bahia Honda and Curry Hammock. Cindy was helpful and easy to communicate with. The only downside was having to leave at the end of the week.

All around great experience. Comfortable beds, convenient location, beautiful home with plenty of space for all of us. Cindy was so easy to work with and very attentive to anything we needed..( which wasn’t much as the house was perfect ). We would rent here again!

Family vacation
There were 8 of us (4 couples, all family). Plenty of room in the house. We enjoyed the pool. We brought our boat (34' Cape Horn) and enjoyed having it there to go fishing and cruising all around the islands. Awesome vacation!!

Wonderful Luxury Home
We had a wonderful visit to Key Colony! The home was exactly as pictured and truly a luxury property! The location on the water was amazing along with the dock area.
We used every square inch of the property and enjoyed it all!
Great kitchen with everything needed. Comfortable beds, great ceiling fans. Spacious bathrooms and the garage was perfect to store things! The home was beautifully set up!

Great Home!
The house and location are excellent.
One of the only keys homes you will find that is newly built.
The fishing off the dock was great.
The home has all the amenities that any family would need.
We have stayed in the keys every summer for the last 13 years and this was the best home we have found.
Cindy the host, was great with communication and making sure all our needs were met.
From a family of 2 or 3, up to 10, you can't go wrong making a reservation for this home.

Spectacular Home
It's a rare occasion where expectations are exceeded. This home is more than what's advertised. We were impressed with the amount of living space inside and out. We had 7 adults in our party and you never felt as if more space was needed. Flawlessly appointed and well stocked with any and all equipment you may need for a week-long stay away from home. Marathon
My family stayed here. It was our first trip to Marathon. We brought our boat and had plenty of room to dock. House was super clean and just as described. Any questions we had were met with an immediate response.

Beautiful house
Gorgeous house with a nightly view of the sunset in the front yard. The house was beautiful inside and out. Everything was pristine and just a wonderful stay. Easy access by water and the canal was wide enough to spin even a 43 foot boat. If you are thinking about reserving, don’t hesitate one minute- go for it. Thank you

Key Colony Gem
We had a wonderful stay. We rented a boat and docked it at the house all week. The access to the Gulf and Ocean was so easy. The house was the perfect size for the 6 of us. The kids loved the pool. We had a chef come in and cook for us in the beautiful kitchen. We had lots of family game nights at the card table. It was the perfect house for our vacation. I would highly recommend it.

Wonderful week at the beautiful house
We had beautiful weather. The house is beautiful with a wonderful heated salt water pool we enjoyed everyday. Manager Cindy was amazing and very attentive. At the pier we had a visiter manatee come it was got some great pictures . Would recommend this place to anyone.

It was Christmas Eve and she got back to us within 90 minutes of us checking in. Water issue was addressed. Beds very comfortable as well as the pull out sofa. Loved the large dining table so we could all eat dinner together. A few things we would have expected from a home that was quite expensive. Extra pillows, more than a total of 2 wash clothes and 5 pool towels (property manager did bring us more), since there are no comforters on beds due to Covid we wish we had extra blankets as it got chilly at night, and finally thought bath towels are lower grade (not very soft at all). Neighbors were very kind. Met a few of them on our nightly walks. Enjoyed watching the sunset from the front yard. After the year our family had with loss and cancer, it was a great way to spend the holiday.

Absolutely Perfect!
We fell in love with this place instantly! Super clean, spacious and just gorgeous. The location on the canal is perfect. The Kitchen and living area is great for entertaining and meals. Plenty of beds and space for family time. We will be back for sure.

Wow! 10/10
We travel to the keys multiple times a year, as we are from Orlando so it’s the perfect quick getaway for our family. We always bring our boat with us and usually another family. This house was 100% the best property we have rented! There was plenty of separation for two families, incredible outdoor space. We loved having the separate screened in porch to sit and enjoy a cocktail or two after all the kids went to sleep. Cindy was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything in the house was labeled which was so helpful! I could go on and on, but the point is we will most definitely be back!

Great place to stay!
If you're looking for a first class house in a great area, this is it! We recently vacationed here with our large family and had a fantastic time. The open living room and kitchen allowed for everyone to spread out. The amenities are first rate. Unlike other places we've stayed in the Keys, this house is very close to ground level. I say this because it was very nice not having to go up and down flights of stairs to unload or walk out to the pool. The pool is also great with a small shallow area allowing a place for the little kids to mess around. There is a large dock and great cleaning table as well. Cindy was also very helpful and easy to contact with any questions. The owner has spared no expense building this house and I highly recommend it. Great trip for sure!

Great house super well equipped kitchen 30 amp shore power on dock long water hoses for boats and trailers wonderful pool and outdoor area clean excellent helpful and responsive manager. Great location for flats and offshore fishing. We have nothing negative to say about this property.

We had the most amazing trip to Marthon! The house was even more beautiful in person. The house is in a perfect location for boaters. Easy access to the water. Would definitely stay there again!
