The cottage was in a private relaxing location. It was clean and tidy. Had all the amenities you could ask for. Great spot for a weekend away.

On a lovely, large property but still felt like we were the only ones there. The cottage had everything we needed for a short term stay, information from the owners was very good and we were left alone to manage our stay ourselves.
The cottage could benefit from some care and attention. Bench tops in the kitchen and bathroom need resurfacing and some of the taps need replacing. There was two torches but neither was charged and we couldn't find charging cables. Adding wi-fi to the property would also make a difference.

It was really nice to walk into the cottage it was warm and cosy with the music going. Really clean and comfy, close to town and the wineries

we stayed with our 2 year old and my in-laws in a 3 bedroom lodge. we loved the lodge style, the space, beautiful grounds with a playground, a lake to have bbqs next to and goats and rabbits! 5 minutes drive to Healesville township.

Grant was nice enough to wait for us to arrive late & give us a late check out as I was admitted to hospital.
The only thing we were not happy with was that we arrived on the hottest day of summer and was told we were not aloud to use the pool until 11am following day due to chemicals being put in the pool.
I find that having kids and a lot of people it was frustrating to say the least as of how hot it was and the house only had 1 air conditioner.

Not necessarily a negative, but you should know that the vehicle path inside the property is gravel (not paved). Some of the floors were a bit dusty.

Location was perfect for us, tranquil and relaxing surroundings. The cottage was neat and cosy, heating on ready for our arrival. We loved visiting the goats and watching all the wildlife.
We had one Windy night and the tree beside cottage scraped the roof so was little noisy to sleep. But the bed was very comfortable and cabin warm.
