most fantastic location right by the river and in the heart of dinant

bathroom door cannot be locked in first floor

The location was perfect.

On arrival the room was extremely cold, it would be beneficial for the heating to be turned on prior to the date of arrival in cold weather.

The wifi connection was very poor, the bathroom sink pipe was damaged as water was logging all the time and the kitchen was not clean

The property is located very close to main attractions and has a wonderful view of the river.

The staircase within the property are little risky with small kids.

Location is city center. We could use shared kitchen to cook our dinner

Self check in system is efficient but could be improved. Water was leaked from washstand

The location is superb. We travelled there by train and it is very close to the train station just need to cross the bridge (which was actually a pro as the scenery is just stunning!) and also very close to the attractions (e.g. Citadelle) and you can stroll along the river easilty because it is just right there! Frederic was really helpful and very responsive through chat and he gave us very detailed instructions to get the key once we arrived at the property. The room was clean when we arrived. I have no problem with wifi.

The cleaning guy was not helpful and not very friendly. Stairs to our room were a bit scary but still ok. Shower didn't drain properly that the water could flood the floor if you run the shower only for a few mins.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable for overnight / short stay. and managed to get on-street parking outside (free overnight).

Communal kitchen and dining / living space not especially suitable for families or longer stays and steep stairs tricky for suitcases but met expectations
