La cordialità e la disponibilità. Anche se non è prevista la colazione, all’interno della camera c’è una macchina per il caffè con cialde, bollitore dell’acqua con alcuni filtri e merendine. Proprio accanto alla struttura, c’è un’osteria caratterizzato da un locale molto bello e ottimo cibo, quindi molto comodo.

The walls both in the room and bathroom were covered in mold, when we open the toilet lid we have been "welcomed" by hundred of mini flies which were disgusting. Lots of flies and other bugs in the shower as well. When we arrived the host was not there at the time agreed during the booking process, we managed to call her on her mobile and had to wait half an hour before she showed up and she said she couldn't contact us earlier because her mobile phone provider didn't allow her to call foreign numbers...quite unprofessional when you are expecting guests from abroad.

What I like most is the location of the 'room'. It is on the ground floor and we could park our car right at the front door. I needed to pack our luggage due to the shopping which I did and we were only two nights before flying back home. It was perfect and a blessing, too. I really appreciated it. The owners were also very helpful and friendly. It is not really away from the city centre so the location is fine. There is also a restaurant beside which I could really recommend. The food is delicious for a very reasonable price. The restaurant was really splendid. We stayed there while waiting for the owner of the hotel to arrive.

There are few things that this property should take into consideration. Before I make my comments, I would like to say that the room was not dirty and we did not pay much for it. It ONLY looked and smelled dirty to me. I found it actually interesting to realize that I was going to sleep at a big garage or a big store room. I felt that way when I saw it. I did not mind it. The room was cold when we arrived and the smell was damp. The owner tried to curtail the smell with a very strong deodorizer which I had to put out because it was too much. There was a very big rug hanging on the wall as headboards which really smelled dirty. It was good that we could move our beds away from the rug because it would have been unbearable for me the whole night. I sprayed the room and the beds with my own perfume. The furniture, bed covers, curtains and so on were very dark in this room. It must be painted white and the decors must be changed. I did not take the shower because I did not feel good about it but my husband said that it was surprisingly good. All the cleaning stuff was also in the bathroom which I did not like. The corners were also not clean and the bathroom mirror wasn't clean at all.
