I loved the industrial style, the couch, tha bed and the location was amazing.
Also the staff was very helpful and kind.
I didn't like that there were no towel hangers in the bathroom.

The host was very welcoming and helpful.Our unit was clean, fully equiped, full of natural light and a great view. The location was great,walking distance to stores, pharmacies,restaurants,cafes and bars.
We will be using GR City Heart again in the near future.
The unit only had one bedroom and we were a family of 4, two of us had to sleep ona sofa bed in the living room,however it was not a big issue for us as it was not a very long stay.

Very close to the centre. Host was kind and arranged free parking round the back (otherwise it costs €3 per day at local car by parks). Full facilities- cooking fridge hairdryer etc
Rather run down. Decor definitely dated. Grout needed redoing in the kitchenette and shower. Bed ok but patterned sheets?!

We loved the modern design and the very central location, great for strolling into the old city. Good and amicable communication with the owner, who made sure we were comfortable, and even left some snacks and capsules for the coffee machine for us!
Not a big deal, but adding some more utensils and supplies in the kitchen, such as salt, would have made the experience even better

Good location, the apartment had a great design and has everything, free off-street parking is a huge plus.The host was very responsive and provided what we were missing immediately.
My husband smelled the presence of mould the whole time we were there. Bar table falling apart- needs to be replaced. Windows open to a noisy road.
