I like the food, breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious The View from the Room mas amazing, I like to be in contact with the nature. Also the different pools, the hidromasaje and the kids area was very nice.

We did not like the dogs to be on the restaurant, they reached the table very close and we have babies so we asked the personal to asked them to leave. Also in the Night they were barking until we asked the Room service to take them far from our Room

Las instalaciones muy bonitas. Cercanas al lago y con varios animales de granja. Grandes espacios para caminar.

Piscinas sucias y jacuzzi sucio , no utilize por ese motivo

Habitaciones cómodas y limpias. El personal muy amable y atento, nos ayudaron con todos los requerimientos.

No hubo buena señal del TV en la habitación. El servicio de desayuno incluído, no fue el desayuno tradicional (pan, huevos, café, fruta). Ese tipo de desayuno tenía un costo aparte, eso deberían especificarlo en el detalle de la reserva.

The location was beautiful full of gardens and animals right next to the late. The rooms were large and in the middle of the greenery. Great heated pool and jacuzzi

When booked for three, but picked a double room, and only got breakfast for 2, which only had one piece of bread per person. For the price I think we could have been offered a little more. On the day of check out they were cutting the lawns right outside our room. Maybe could have been done later when guests all checked out.

The property area towards the edge of the laguna is beautiful - it is definitely like an event space! The best part of the hotel grounds is the event gardens by the lake. The bed was comfortable and spacious. The other super bonus of this place is that it is very pet friendly.

Overall our visit was quite disappointing. Starting with the staff who seemed like they couldn't care less about us through to the maintenance issues, pool, food, wifi etc. Here are some key points: - Our sink was clogged and didn't work. - The shower didn't have a complete door, so when you showered it was impossible not to totally soak the entire bathroom. Poor design. - There was no wifi, not because it was "out" or being fixed, but because they seemed to be cheap with their wifi and only bought a limited number of sessions that couldn't serve everyone staying there. Every time we tried to log in it told us "maximum session limit reached for contract" or something and when I called about it they were like "Yeah, try again later maybe someone will get off". For two days, no wifi. - They claim the rooms have fireplaces...ours was clearly not a working one. - The pool is extremely small for the size of the property and number of guests. We were looking for a nice place to relax and there wasn't a moment where there weren't 15 kids in the pool and jacuzzi. - There is nowhere to sit outside at a table. We went with friends and when we were disilusioned by the pool, we thought we'd sit and have a beer or play some board games....but there are no tables (except the wet occupied ones at the pool...not even enough for the number of people...) or picnic tables or even seats outside of the cabins to sit at. There aren't even porch lights outside of the cabin rooms. - The food our friends ordered at lunch had a terrible review and we even ended up getting pizza instead of eating at the restaurant. I will admit, the breakfast wasn't bad though. - It's pet friendly, which is great and a huge plus, but when you're pet friendly it makes sense to have some facilities such as garbage bins to throw away dog poop bags!

it is well maintained, except for the tennis court. the pool is heated :)

everything took a little while longer than necessary, specially the restaurant and we could not book massages although we asked upon arrival and they said massages were available
