Price change from original booking - changed too close to arrival date so wasn’t able to change accommodation Emailed/messaged accommodation to change occupancy from 2-4 but was told to change it through Booking.com - they too were unable to make contact for a few days - eventually it was changed (apartment sleeps up to 5 people) but was then told of the price increase

Well equipped and warm. Friendly and helpful welcome. Location is very handy for seeing the sights.

It was quite noisy from other flats and the the nearby bar (it was a weekend stay). The apartment is in a narrow street and the windows are quite small so there is not a huge amount of natural light. Would stay again just good to be aware.

A lovely home away from home. Really comfortable in a wonderful location.

Nothing to dislike, albeit fair to say, for the price, providing sone teas and coffee capsules wouldn't go a miss.

Good central location. It was a welcome touch of luxury to have two en-suite bathrooms! Apartment warm & cosy -- definitely a selling point in Winter.

There was intermittent v noisy building work which I suspect may have been going on for some time -- the ground floor of several neighbouring buildings was boarded up & I noticed other reviewers had commented on the noise over the years. My friend arrived by car & Maria directed her to a car park the other side of the river from where admittedly she helped her carry all her luggage to the apartment, but we found out later you could park in the square at the end of our street to load & unload -- so much easier & less stressful! In the kitchen much of the crockery was chipped -- a health hazard as well as unsightly, & pretty cheap to remedy. We came to the conclusion not a lot of guests ate in to the extent we did!

Great location, right in the historical center and very close to the restaurants as well, All new and well equipped with anything you need, but the building has a historical charm. Very nice and clean bedding and towels. All great!

Nothing to mention

A beautiful town, with a lot to see and do. Some very good restaurants. The apartment was superbly located and was clean and well equipped. Our host Maria greeted us a nice friendly person. Will definitely stay there again.

Spaceus apartment with high ceiling. We found the beds really comfortable. Water tested good from the tap. Nice showers. Great location.

Thin walls. Nothing that was a big deal but something to keep in mind for light sleepers.
