Nice and clean new hotel, friendly reception (especially Paulo was amazing), quiet rooms and very fast and functional wifi (I was remote working).

Some things were lacking for a five star hotel: breakfast was not very creative or varied, towels missing at gym, you could only use the spa for 30min after a massage, concierge service did not take luggage up to room, no room service, not enough sun beds.

Hotel was alot better than expected was a nice surprise. The overall service location and customer service from all emoyees was superb. Everyone was very nice and helpful. That makes a difference thanks for everything I will be staying there again.

Great location, friendly staff,

The room was very dark, the carpet was filthy with dark spots, and could use a deep cleaning. The bathroom shower was damaged, the bathroom door did not close, also damaged. Not a 5 star hotel.

The staff, the food, the room (had a suite), with a wonderful mattress. We extended an additional two nights.

The pool needed repair, so one end was blocked off, but there was plenty left to keep the guests happy. Last night, the main bartender had an issue with a junior bartender, and that should have been dealt with in private, not include me, the guest.
