The hosts were lovely. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious . Really couldn't fault anything.

The only issue was that the rooms at the front of the house face a busy road with a lot of heavy traffic so it was quite noisy at times, but everything else was perfect and Sian couldn't have been more helpful.w

Pleasant room in a good location for visiting Banbury. Although it was located on a main road we didn't notice any traffic noise. Lovely breakfast.

Friendly welcome from Sian, guesthouse was spotless. Very good location close to Banbury town centre, very good breakfast, local places of interest to visit were kindly provided, which was really useful, looking forward to visiting again in the near future, would highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful. Clean and comfortable. The bedding was very nice quality cotton. For the price it was a very good quality breakfast with different choices. Great for a over night stay or short break. Very good shower pressure. Very short walk to the town centre. Off road parking. Lost of places to eat and drink near by.

Would of liked a biscuit in our room, however to be fair I am sure if we'd have asked that would not have been a problem.

Friendly hosts and very clean nothing was too much trouble, Sian even offered to do cooked breakfasts earlier than usual as everyone who was staying we’re going to the Grand Prix we opted for bacon sandwiches to takeaway would highly recommend. Enough parking for all the rooms at the front of the property.

The house has been decorated beautifully, made to feel like our home from home. The full English breakfast was amazing! Walking distance from several shops and dining options. Our host was the best! We will definitely return

From when we first made the booking until the end of our stay Sian was friendly, efficient & nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely & clean & the bed really comfy. It was well equipped with everything needed, plus extra little touches like home made flapjack. Talking of food - Sian's cooked breakfast was really good too !

It was in a great location, short walk into town. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable and well maintained. I thought the homemade flapjack was a very nice touch and exceptionally tasty! The breakfast was delicious and great tasting coffee too! Overall will definitely be back, great guest house and really good value for money.
