Das Appartement war geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage auch sehr schön, alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Netter Kontakt via Whatsapp. Schöner Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen, von unserer unteren Etage aus leider eine nicht so schöne Aussicht (Straße, wollte man das Meer sehen musste man sich schon etwas recken), denke die oberen Etagen sind da besser dran. Wir können Luis App. aber sehr empfehlen da Preis und Leistung stimmen und kommen auch gerne wieder.
Die angebotenen Pflegeprodukte stellten sich als 2 Erfrischungstücher im Bad heraus. Wir hatten aber Duschgel + Shampoo dabei, deshalb für uns kein Problem. Sollte man dann aber vielleicht aus der Beschreibung rauslöschen. Schlimm waren die Mücken, wir waren schon öfter in Mastichari, aber solch eine Mückenplage in den Räumen, trotz Fliegengitter an allen Türen (bis auf das kleine Fenster im Bad, wo sie dann wohl her kamen) hatten wir noch nie. Mückenschutz also nicht vergessen ;-)

Posizione. L'appartamento, esposto a nord ovest, godeva di uno splendido tramonto sul mare, col meltemi a rendere tutto ancora più piacevole.
Camere spaziose, letti comodi e pulizie tutti i giorni. Ristoranti raggiungibili con una passeggiata breve e supermercato a pochi passi. Esperienza più che positiva.
WiFi debole e lavandino del bagno un po' troppo piccolo.

Location is fabulous , balcony is perfect to watch the sunset every night. Close to beach and all other bars and restaurants. Facilities are all you need, not luxurious but good enough.
Shower cubicle could be a bit bigger.

Great apartment with two rooms/4 beds. Adequate kitchen facilities for breakfast which is all we needed. Easy check in and check out. wonderful location between town and Yianni’s Half Time Bar pool (which we used daily as it’s great!) Great shutters and air con. lovely balcony with view of sea and the location was also very quiet. We have been to Kos several times - first time here and would stay again and recommend. thank you!

Friendly, nice, very-very helpful staff. Very good location. Sea, restaurants, supermarket in a 5 min walking distance.

Booked a junior suite, extra sitting room. Very clean and lovely and quiet area, never heard anything at night. Great customer service, hosts are very frieindly, welcoming and will sort anything out for you. Walk to anywhere in Mastichari is less than 10 mins.
Swimming pool access is not free but is available to you, just pop across the road to Luis Pool, directly opposite and have a chat with Nikkos, very nice guy, either pay €5 pppd or if you have drinks and a snack aceess is free and well worth it, used it for 7 out of the 8 days we were there.
Maybe free pickup from the airport, other places do it.

The staff was very friendly. The location is close to the beach which is nice. The apartment had a good size.
it can be a bit noisy as it it is close to the street. The kitchen was rather poorly equipped. So a bit more things like bowls to prepare a salad would have been nice. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, especially the joints.

Nice view, friendly people, quiet part of town
The house has NO pool. During our stay there was a dispute with the owner of the pool next door (brother of the owner), which was supposed to be used for free. But upon arrival we were told that a charge of 5 € per person would be asked, if the pool was used. Allthough both brothers tried to handle the issue fairly, we decided to choose this house in the first place BECAUSE of the pool. Finally, the kids preferred the beach anyway...
