Excelente predisposición de todo el personal para ayudarnos en todo momento

- Ana was super friendly and helpful! - The view was amazing! - The apartment was clean and well maintained. - WiFi was excellent. - There is a laundry service that picks up your clothes and drops them off 24 hours later which was super useful! - We ended up arriving a night later then our booking and they offered us a voucher for the night we missed which was extremely generous of them!

We had a good stay but there were a few things that could have been better. - Communication before we arrived wasn't great. We had to change our plans and it was quite difficult to get ahold of anyone to let them know. - We followed Waze to get there and ended up going the wrong way. It would have been good to have gotten a notification a week before with directions. The apartments are located on a dirt road which isn't ideal. - We travelled with 2 small children and it would have been nice to have had playground equipment. - More hooks and shelves would have been useful. - The shower door only covers half the shower so water goes all over the floor. No bathtub.

The view, the garden and the pool are amazing. Bathroom is nice and big and clean.

The bed was small and uncomfortable, too soft, I had to sleep on the bed in the living room. Internet is only ok.
