Zeer ruime kamer met uitgebreide badkamer ( douche en zeer mooi bad). Groot balkon met zicht op de brug en baai. Zeer mooi restaurant met uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Mooi gepresenteerde gerechten a la carte. Leuke zwembaden maar jammer genoeg nog te koud tijdens ons verblijff.

Alles wat op en top verzorgd. Geen opmerkingen. Dit is echt een tophotel.

Breakfast was good, the room was nice. Location is ok too.

They have two pools which were cold when we visited in March. Also the pools were empty. Only one restaurant in hotel was open.

The room was exceptional with a great view of the bridge and harbour at night. The staff were excellent. Gym was great. Breakfast had an excellent choice. They were happy to store our luggage when we went on a tour.

There was sometimes a queue for the coffee machine at breakfast.

Que las piscinas las cierran a las 20 hrs., por lo que tuve que levantarme muy temprano para poder disfrutarlas antes de partir, ya que solo estuvimos 1 noche y y llegamos tarde después del tour, y de pasear en el funicular.

We had plumbing issues, blocked sink and shower. Had to ask engineering to lower air conditioning to get it lower than 24 degrees Celsius … because that’s damn hot from where I come from.

Location and view was nice, but the noise and air conditioner is fixed at 23 deg so you are hot at night. The noise continual banging and loud music and flashing LED around windows was horrific; worst hotel room ever ; and I do 50+ trips nearly every year!

Air conditioning is fixed at 23deg so they save money, the upper restaurants are closed , there was no one in the main restaurant, we tried to order a desert which they tried to thaw but was still frozen. The noise was horrific.

1. The view from the junior suite was really paronamic!! Really spectacular!! We could see the glorious Bay from the suite. This is a must see!! 2. The breakfast was very good. They tried to change here and there. :-)) 3, There were lots of local Vietnamese families, making the hotel look like a warm HOME instead:-))) 4. The gym was quite nice (space & equipment)j--with a gorgeous views.

1. The fact that Booking dot com said that it had a sauna but in fact it didn't--and many staff knew close to nothing about the sauna. :-((( 2. The hotel's location wasn't all that good--a bit far from midtown and other attractions. But in walking distance. :-)
